Very poor experience. The company failed to deliver in time for Christmas and did not inform customers(ordered 17th December). The returns policy appears deliberately designed to discourage refunds, requiring you to pay for international shipping and they provided an incorrect return address first the Netherlands and then US. The product is low quality, vastly overpriced compared to similar items, and defective. I would not recommend this company.

It has been impossible to get a reply from your customer service team regarding my missing order and I spent a lot of money on this reformer to have not received any sort of communication

I ordered the reformer machine, as well as all the accessories. Took out the month on App but kit took so long to arrive it was wasted though to be fair customer services did refund this. Now had chance to try everything after Christmas. The quality of the reformer is barely average but shouldn’t have to reply on QR code and app, mat so creased doesn’t lie flat, the Pilates ball doesn’t stay inflated and bands smell so awful they make everyone in the room feel sick. Wasted my money
