I didn't receive any instructions on how to put it together and I haven't been able to access the program and work outs or anything that I have paid for. So very disappointed. This is the second review I have written and I haven't received any assistance

Poor communication, ordered almost a month ago, I don’t have my order or tracking info. Emailed multiple times, got two generic responses and nothing back from my last email

Assured replacement for faulty goods were on there way. Still waiting. When challenged told ther had been an issue. Poor customer service

Only received half my order, still waiting for my accessories from the pilates kit. Now only got the mat and the reformer. And the promises of all the workouts like 200+ are a lie cause it isn't included as stated.

Flimsy material.. sliding mechanism sticks so cannot function properly .. they offered me 50% off to keep it and had no choice as postage too expensive return to expensive.. wouldn’t recommend
