Both times I was there it took a really long time to get anyone’s attention to help. The first visit I had I didn’t really mind because I was with a friend who was able to help instead. The second visit I felt like I was helping myself. I don’t mind that particularly but they tell you at the front desk that you need someone to help you.

I LOVE the new place!! So much easier to find what could work for me. The lady helping me was great - only thing I'd recommend, if possible, is to put the dress names on the hangers so it's a little easier to tell if it's the same dress as on the web site. It was harder than I thought to differentiate some dresses, especially when you're looking for something black.
