I would have never chosen this Bariano dress on my own-- but while I was trying dresses on in the fitting room I noticed someone in this dress and had to try it on! I am 5'6" and usually wear a size small in my daily clothes. However, I knew this dress is a tight fit and because of my wider shoulders and bust size (34in) - I ordered a Size 4 (Medium). Absolutely incredible experience renting with The FitzRoy. From the virtual dress fitting to receiving the dress from across the country, the service was outstanding and so easy. This dress was so comfortable and a real show stopper. Many said they sized down but I went with the suggestions based on my measurements and the fit was spot on. This dress made me feel like a princess! I love the length, above ankle. It has several layers of fabric under the skirt to keep it shape. It has embroidered flowers into the fabric, which is very whimsical and well-done. The picture doesn't do it justice, it is gorgeous in real life! Such a beautiful dress! The beading is gorgeous and it fit like a bug. I’m 5’7 and quite curvy through the hips/legs. I ordered a size 6 (I’m normally a 6/8), and it fit amazing! It was also super comfy. The top did sag a little (not to the point of potential disaster, but more concerned someone might see the edge of my bra), so I adjusted a few times but it wasn’t too bad, I am a 34C.
