We were extremely disappointed in the customer service at Fitzroy. It took us an hour to check out! The manager forgot a discount code and then didn’t want to honour it because it was already processed. Then one of the bridesmaids dresses was completely incorrect and we had to call and correct it. Great idea, however I’m not sure I’d come back because of these reasons.
