The whole experience could not have been easier. I went to Fitzroy in person to try on some dresses and it was super easy. The staff were helpful, but super respectful that you could do things that your own pace.

I've been renting dresses from The Fitzroy for many years, and appreciate this service and the selection very much! It has become much less of a personalized experience than it used to be. I am sure it's because the shop has grown and become busier, which is great - I hope you are around for a long time to come! But, I found it difficult to find the dresses I had wishlisted in the shop (dresses were jammed onto racks) and sometimes hard to find someone to help me if I needed a size or opinion.

Overall it was a good experience, from choosing the dress to dropping it off. Only issue was when I got the dress home, I realized it was wrinkled. Due to the fabric I had to quickly run out and get it pressed professionally.
