The staff are lovely, but I don’t like the fact that you can spend an hour or so trying on dresses to find the one that is perfect for your event - then you have to take it to a separate booth, and only then do you find out whether it’s available on the day you want it. If not, then it’s back to square one!
The whole process is quite time-consuming, but I can’t imagine renting anything online, as the sizing fluctuates so much.
Also I wish there was a return option in the east end. ;)
