It was super busy when I went. The person helping me was assisting at least 3 people and left me to browse through a mass of dresses that made me feel like I was in a Winners with formal wear. Dresses were jammed into the racks making it really hard to see what would look nice.
I do think if you had special theme hours that people can sign up for (I.e. Tuesday at 10 am for one hour feature Mac Dougall dresses for up to 25 sign ups) you may get people who want elegant dresses without the crowds

My order wasn’t steamed when I arrived, not were any of my notes implemented as notes disappeared when new system was implemented. I woulda expected to get a call or email to confirm my notes if the team knew the system deleted the notes. It ended up taking almost 2 hours of me waiting for the dress to be ready. Very disappointing. The team was nice & tried to remediate but it took up my whole morning.
