This is the third time I've rented from Firzroy. It's so much fun trying dresses on and the space is organized and the selection is abundant. The floor assistants are extremely helpful and friendly. Recently rented two dresses for my step-sons wedding. I live a few hours outside of Toronto and had the dresses shipped to me and I am shipping them back. The return bag and label are provided by Fitzroy. Easy peasey. The overall experience is fantastic!

It was super busy when I went. The person helping me was assisting at least 3 people and left me to browse through a mass of dresses that made me feel like I was in a Winners with formal wear. Dresses were jammed into the racks making it really hard to see what would look nice. I do think if you had special theme hours that people can sign up for (I.e. Tuesday at 10 am for one hour feature Mac Dougall dresses for up to 25 sign ups) you may get people who want elegant dresses without the crowds
