I've been renting dresses from The Fitzroy for many years, and appreciate this service and the selection very much! It has become much less of a personalized experience than it used to be. I am sure it's because the shop has grown and become busier, which is great - I hope you are around for a long time to come! But, I found it difficult to find the dresses I had wishlisted in the shop (dresses were jammed onto racks) and sometimes hard to find someone to help me if I needed a size or opinion.
