You send discount coupons that don’t actually work for the items pictured then when I do go ahead and order it’s not even close to the size of picture not to mention that stone quality sucks as well the blue topaz is so light you can’t even see it and that opal doesn’t look like any of my other opals so I doubt the genuine quality of all your products now

To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement. I purchased three identical sets, excited to give them as gifts. There is no way I can do that. I'd be embarrassed to do so. The double-terminated flourite points WOULD be stunning but care was NOT taken while stored in warehouse (or wherever) because all three are chipped, scratched, banged up and abused.
