I love the chakra wind chime it’s beautiful. However it was shipped in a very tiny box and a stone was chipped, one fell out and others are loose. Customer service is responsive but calling I have left three voicemails with no call back. I will post another review regarding customer service once a have a final resolution. It is beautiful but very disappointed with how it was shipped and damaged 😰

I love the items from this box, the labradorite pieces and the little herb spoon, the lapis necklace and the incense holder! I do wish the incense holder didn’t come with that weird attachment that doesn’t even really attach (it should attach is my point!) but I love it!
