Everything is great, but for the pressure washer cover being poorly advertised as capable of functioning while under said cover. Pressure washer was "pressure" tested immediately and very capably held up to the abuse of being used to strip concrete floor of a 3-car garage in preparation of epoxy coating over a 3 hour period. So far so good.

Dear Giraffe Tools Customer Support,
I am writing regarding a serious defect with my Giraffe Tools Retractable Pressure Hose Reel (1/4 in). The hose burst the very first time I used it and is now leaking. This product failed immediately under normal operating conditions.
This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product that is advertised as durable and pressure-resistant. A hose should not rupture on first use.
I have attached a photo clearly showing the damage and leak.
