Thoroughly impressed with this vacuum! I’ve recently picked up the new hobby of detailing my vehicles. I upgraded my portable Dewalt vacuum to this. It’s a night and day difference! I will be purchasing Racedeck Free-Flow tiles for my garage floor, which I will be able to easily clean and maintenance with this vacuum. I own multiple Giraffe products…great product line!

I just purchased and installed the Giraffe 115 Foot 5/8 inch hose reel. It works great! Relatively simple to install, and hose pulls out and retracts easily. It is a 5/8 inch hose, so the farther out it goes, it gets heavier. Relatively kink free. As you will see from the photos, I had purchased a standard Pressure Washer last year. I love it. Easy to install and works great, the hose is kinda skinny, and my adapter for extracting will not fit. I think a clear one should be added to this product if more detailers are purchasing this item. Just food for thought, other then that it seems to be built well and hopefully I can get some years out of it.

The reel was well packaged against damage and complete. Instructions were well written and clear. Installed onto a brick column using my choice of fasteners rather than those supplied with install smooth and easy. Operation is great and will certainly simplify garden watering in back yard. Neighbor eyed it up and will likely be buying one also. I will be replacing the nozzle as it is not up to quality of hose/reel unit. Likely be buying another for from yard

I am a repeat customer of Giraffe garden hoses. The quality and craftsmanship are superior to others I have purchased. I just purchased these two 115' models to replace my 90' models. I also purchased the covers to protect the housing from the harsh hot sun here in the desert south west of the USA. I've had some retractable garden hoses from the large hone improvement stores but these are far superior.

I just love the pressure washer because it was a huge upgrade over the pressure washer I had bought several years ago from a big box store. I’ve mounted it in my garage and it’s ver easy to use! I washed 2 cars yesterday, and found thee pressure to be strong and the hole roller to work exceptionally well; very happy customer!

Love these hose reels! We’re remodeling our backyard and ended up buying 2 of these. One for the front and one for the back. And these things are hefty and nice! My only real complaint is the hose. It tends to kink real easy when reeling out the hose. Besides that, installation was a breeze and products are top notch! My next purchase will be a pressure washer or 2!

Heavy duty plastic cover, hose seems tough, nozzle has multiple uses. I used my own mounting method from existing hose reel, the attachment to take reel off mount was very easy to use. I bought two of these, think I start using these around my building.

Got this for Christmas and love it. Have a gas powered 4200 PSI pressure washer for heavy jobs but this is perfect for the pool patio that is travertine. The 100 ft hose is great and reaches anywhere I need. Auto reel feature works seamlessly and setup took less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with this product!

Fantastic product! Complete right out of the box and easy to mount . Currently have a feeder attached. First time using 1/2” hose . So much easier and lighter than a 5/8 or 3/4. Plenty of power and distance and retracts very smoothly. I do have to hold it while it retracts as it is really fast. Very satisfied.

My reels are in a southern facing installation. Anything I can do to protect them from direct sun is tops to me. These covers are perfect! Even if the sun destroys them in several years I will gladly replace them to maintain the integrity of the reels. Never mind the upside down top cover. It was temporary and now is correctly installed.

I just received and installed the unit today, came very well packaged and undamaged. Looks to be very well made, the retractable soft hose is amazing . I have had many cheap power washers over the years but this one seems to me to be the best. The pressure seems very very good for an electric pressure washer, and it just looks at home in my garage/shop. I would highly recommend this unit.

I love it. Lots of power compared to smaller electric pressure washer I've used. I love the retractable hose real. I added quick attachments on to easily swap ends on the pressure washer. Easy install. Now I need to get an outlet and a water spigot mounted nearby and this setup will be FANTASTIC for car washes.

I purchased the 5/8”/90’ hose reel and cover. This hose system has enabled me to water my lawn again. I am now on disability and could not lift and manipulate our heavy hose setup. Bought this to try and make some things in the truck shop easier to clean. Its not as powerful as the gas pressure washer out in the wash bays, but it allows for us to clean the trucks as we work on our projects. We have also utilized it for some shop cleaning as the 100ft hose gets us around the shop. It is so nice to have it all wind up back into the unit and store out of the way. Makes on demand cleaning so easy now.
