We absolutely love it! It is so easy to use and glad to no longer having to wind up a garden hose. Install was simple, once we had drilled into our brick wall it was as easy to install the bracket and click in the hose unit.

Bought this for my mom for her 93rd birthday. Mounted to on a 4x6 post. She lived it. She did say that pulling the last few feet was pretty hard....but what isnt challenging at that age. She said she watered the whole yard.

I was tired of repairing and replacing hoses. My son in law has a giraffe and highly recommended it. I bit the bullet and bought two, one for the back and one for the front. My son in law installed them for me. I really like them, though the coiling mechanism isn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. I just purchased and installed the Giraffe 115 Foot 5/8 inch hose reel. It works great! Relatively simple to install, and hose pulls out and retracts easily. It is a 5/8 inch hose, so the farther out it goes, it gets heavier. Relatively kink free. As you will see from the photos, I had purchased a standard Pressure Washer last year. I love it. Overall, I have nothing but good things to report on the hose reel. It functions properly, looks good, and the design works! Yet, the 1/2 hose doesn't push as much water as I would like. Even with the faucet opened to the maximum, the pressure coming out the end is barely shooting the water as much as my previous 5/8 hose. I acknowledge that it's most likely the diameter difference and I'll be looking into getting a 5/8 next time.

Thoroughly impressed with this vacuum! I’ve recently picked up the new hobby of detailing my vehicles. I upgraded my portable Dewalt vacuum to this. It’s a night and day difference! I just installed the new hose reel, so the jury still out on longevity. It operates as advertised and the installation was relatively easy. My installation was on a concrete slab. The only challenge was trying to figure out Where to install the lag bolts So that the unit can be Easily removed for winter storage. The instructions were not very clear.

So far it’s great. 3 washes with it. Our water TDS is around 450 so we will see how long it lasts. I decided to add a single filter housing upstream and plan to install a used resin cartridge in it once the originals TDS readings start up. Hoping I can get a little extra out of the cartridges if I use a used cartridge to knock down the TDS to the spot free unit.

To be fair and transparent, overall I am giving 5 stars. However, there are a few things you should be aware of before purchasing because it's not a cheap product. The quality and build are good. It's very easy to mount but you need to hit a stud at least on 1 side. I wish they made the bracket wide enough to hit standard stud sizes.
