So much better than my mobile pressure washer for washing cars. The extra GPM makes the foam nice and thick and the motor kicks in super quick. No hesitation when squeezing the trigger. The 50ft hose is plenty. Loving it.

I just purchased and installed the Giraffe 115 Foot 5/8 inch hose reel. It works great! Relatively simple to install, and hose pulls out and retracts easily. It is a 5/8 inch hose, so the farther out it goes, it gets heavier. Relatively kink free. As you will see from the photos, I had purchased a standard Pressure Washer last year. I love it. Very easy to install. Wish it had a little more psi but does ok. Psi rating 2900 and hose rated for 2600psi. So not sure what the true pressue is.

Overall, I have nothing but good things to report on the hose reel. It functions properly, looks good, and the design works! Yet, the 1/2 hose doesn't push as much water as I would like. Even with the faucet opened to the maximum, the pressure coming out the end is barely shooting the water as much as my previous 5/8 hose. I acknowledge that it's most likely the diameter difference and I'll be looking into getting a 5/8 next time.

Love it. Easy to install just wish I’d bought the 5/8 hose reel the first time. I bought 2 more reels 1/2 “ the other 5/8”. Still working on installation of those two but slow going due to weather. I’ll send more pics when I’m finished the installations.

So far it’s great. 3 washes with it. Our water TDS is around 450 so we will see how long it lasts. I decided to add a single filter housing upstream and plan to install a used resin cartridge in it once the originals TDS readings start up. Hoping I can get a little extra out of the cartridges if I use a used cartridge to knock down the TDS to the spot free unit.

To be fair and transparent, overall I am giving 5 stars. However, there are a few things you should be aware of before purchasing because it's not a cheap product. The quality and build are good. It's very easy to mount but you need to hit a stud at least on 1 side. I wish they made the bracket wide enough to hit standard stud sizes. Easy to install and works great, the hose is kinda skinny, and my adapter for extracting will not fit. I think a clear one should be added to this product if more detailers are purchasing this item. The picture I sent isnt the best. But, your product is awesome, it's amazing. I may go online and buy the metal bracket. I'm extremely happy with the fact I will be able to remove it off the bracket and store it in my shed during the winter month. The Giraffe brand comes off the reel effortlessly and retracts smoothly and fast.
