I just purchased and installed the Giraffe 115 Foot 5/8 inch hose reel. It works great! Relatively simple to install, and hose pulls out and retracts easily. It is a 5/8 inch hose, so the farther out it goes, it gets heavier. Relatively kink free. As you will see from the photos, I had purchased a standard Pressure Washer last year. I love it. I am very pleased with my retractable Giraffe wall-mounted vacuum. I received it in perfect condition and promptly. I love the way it provides me with extra floor space which was taken up by my shopping back which I’ve given to my son because it is no longer necessary. I've looked into hose reels years ago and they were nothing more than a box on the ground with a motor in them. My old hose real had a hand crank on the side and I hated dragging the hose out. Pretty good washer. Maintains pressure well, the soft grey cord is great, nozzles are good quality and the holder is a good feature. Only complaint is the wand holder. Could have been thought better like put some clamp in the back to prevent from falling off. I ordered the cover which arrived super fast and the quality of the fabric is good. Super pleased with my G20 pressure washer. More power than I expected and quieter than any other one I've ever owned.
