Easy to install and works great, the hose is kinda skinny, and my adapter for extracting will not fit. I think a clear one should be added to this product if more detailers are purchasing this item. Just food for thought, other then that it seems to be built well and hopefully I can get some years out of it.

Vacuum works great and I love the space it has freed up. The remote turn on switch and long hose are great compared to my old wall mounted shop vac.

I honestly watched a lot of videos about it. I was convinced enough from how it looked and how it behaves and I’m talking about the product but videos or photos could be deceiving. However, this is beyond my expectation it works as expected. I I can’t wait to get my hand on the whole complete set once I can afford it.

Excellent product, I have purchased two and no longer have to crank in 100 feet of hose after adding water to the pool or watering the garden. Communication with customer service was great. This product has made life easier.

Easy to order online at Giraffe’s website. Product arrived on time. Easy to install. Comes with Molly screws for installation. The cover will protect it from FL sun.
Seems to retract nicely after use.
I like it. Thx

I love working in the garden and about 2 years ago I purchased my first hose reel. This may sound dramatic, but it has been life changing and it works just as well as it did from day one. Great quality, doesn’t kink and it always retracts beautifully. I love it so much that I ordered a second one for my front yard. I installed both of them on a post. I would also highly recommend the reel cover. I live in Ohio and I simply disconnected the leader hose and put the cover on for the winter. Hands d...

Installation was vary straightforward and once I found all the pieces hidden in the dust bin, it all went together perfectly. The vacuum along with the G30 make it super easy to use and then super quick to put away.

I had been investigating these for a long time. I looked at several brands and found yours to be the best. The whole process was very smooth in getting this unit to my house, and I am already enjoying the ease of use and not having to wind up hose every time I water. The price was great and the item is of great quality.

I used to be real active before spine surgery. About the only thing I can do now is garden, but even lugging around a heavy garden hose was taking its toll. I saw Giraffe Tools online and thought less bending I've got to try this. It has made my daily living easier.

The picture I sent isnt the best. But, your product is awesome, it's amazing. I may go online and buy the metal bracket. I'm extremely happy with the fact I will be able to remove it off the bracket and store it in my shed during the winter month. I have a small yard and I can reach every corner even the front yard and the best thing is that its retractable. Your shop vac is next on my list.

I recently purchased the Giraffe Hose Reel. I have owned 3 of a different brand previously. There is no comparison between the brands. The Giraffe brand comes off the reel effortlessly and retracts smoothly and fast. This will be the only brand I’ll ever purchase in the future and look forward to buying the retractable power washer and vacuum.

I was worried about my 93 year old mother tripping on one of her hoses. I bought one of your retractable hoses. She liked it so much, we bought another one. Then I noticed another area where she waters a lot, so we bought another. Now we have 3 and she really likes them.

The reel was well packaged against damage and complete. Instructions were well written and clear. Installed onto a brick column using my choice of fasteners rather than those supplied with install smooth and easy. Operation is great and will certainly simplify garden watering in back yard. Neighbor eyed it up and will likely be buying one also. I will be replacing the nozzle as it is not up to quality of hose/reel unit. Likely be buying another for from yard

The product arrived in a few days after placing the order. I purchased the 1/2" 65 foot hose. I attached the hose assembly to a 4x4 wooden post. The entire process was easy. After installation my wife tested the gadgets (hose and nozzle). She liked it! Thanks for helping us make things less cluttered, too. We will surely enjoy the retractable hose for years to come.

I've never been happy with where I've had to locate hose reels in my back yard. The hose bib is on a far side of the yard where the plants are, but I need to get to the cars and plants on the other side. I've always had to roll the hose back by hand in a physically awkward situation. Giraffe Tools solved my problem. I located the ground mounted hose reel in a central location on a concrete block at the end of my deck and now I can water every corner of the yard and wash the cars with impunit...

The retractable hose reel works very well. Easy to pull out, and retracts quickly. No more dragging a hose reel along with the hose when pulling hose.
The retractable vacuum and pressure washer are game changers. They take all the set up nonsense and time out of cleaning a car, driveway, and other cleaning chores. Both work great and are convenient. I highly recommend them.

The retractable hose arrived earlier than expected. Mounting it was easy. I bought this for my wife so she could water the plants on the deck. It is a little tight for her to pull out because of her back, But other than that, I am very happy with it.

This is my third Giraffe Tools pressure washer and it is far and away the best. I had the original retractable pressure washer they offered, then upgraded to the pro model. The pro lasted a little over three years of pretty frequent use then just stopped working one day. I looked at the alternative options such as the Active 2.3 wall mount setup as well as some others. However, nothing offered the auto retracting feature I wanted so I went with the new Ultra model. My first unit had an issu...

I am a repeat customer of Giraffe garden hoses. The quality and craftsmanship are superior to others I have purchased. I just purchased these two 115' models to replace my 90' models. I also purchased the covers to protect the housing from the harsh hot sun here in the desert south west of the USA. I've had some retractable garden hoses from the large hone improvement stores but these are far superior.

I just love the pressure washer because it was a huge upgrade over the pressure washer I had bought several years ago from a big box store. I’ve mounted it in my garage and it’s ver easy to use! I washed 2 cars yesterday, and found thee pressure to be strong and the hole roller to work exceptionally well; very happy customer!

Got this for Christmas and love it. Have a gas powered 4200 PSI pressure washer for heavy jobs but this is perfect for the pool patio that is travertine. The 100 ft hose is great and reaches anywhere I need. Auto reel feature works seamlessly and setup took less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with this product!

Love these hose reels! We’re remodeling our backyard and ended up buying 2 of these. One for the front and one for the back. And these things are hefty and nice! My only real complaint is the hose. It tends to kink real easy when reeling out the hose. Besides that, installation was a breeze and products are top notch!
My next purchase will be a pressure washer or 2!

I'm incredibly pleased with my recent purchase of the Giraffe Tools retractable hose reel. From the moment I unboxed it, the design impressed me—it has a sleek, unobtrusive look that blends in perfectly with my home's exterior, avoiding the common bulky appearance of other models.

The 5/8” 115ft hose reel is ideal as a replacement for my steel ground dwelling earlier model. It is so much easier to unwind longer distances without hammering my plants. Our Florida weather destroyed the previous steel one (which was getting corroded and would not work any longer. With quick connects, I can use the cover and take the hose reel into the lanai or garage and out of the sun and rain.

Heavy duty plastic cover, hose seems tough, nozzle has multiple uses. I used my own mounting method from existing hose reel, the attachment to take reel off mount was very easy to use. I bought two of these, think I start using these around my building.
