The product arrived in a few days after placing the order. I purchased the 1/2" 65 foot hose. I attached the hose assembly to a 4x4 wooden post. The entire process was easy. After installation my wife tested the gadgets (hose and nozzle). She liked it! Thanks for helping us make things less cluttered, too. We will surely enjoy the retractable hose for years to come.

The retractable hose reel works very well. Easy to pull out, and retracts quickly. No more dragging a hose reel along with the hose when pulling hose. The retractable vacuum and pressure washer are game changers. They take all the set up nonsense and time out of cleaning a car, driveway, and other cleaning chores. Both work great and are convenient. I highly recommend them.

I've never been happy with where I've had to locate hose reels in my back yard. The hose bib is on a far side of the yard where the plants are, but I need to get to the cars and plants on the other side. The retractable hose arrived earlier than expected. Mounting it was easy. I bought this for my wife so she could water the plants on the deck. It is a little tight for her to pull out because of her back, But other than that, I am very happy with it.

This is our first retractable hose reel and we love it! It was very easy to install and it's easy to use. The ground mount works perfectly without any movement while using the hose. It also retracts easily. We are going to purchase another one for the other side of the house.

The reel was well packaged against damage and complete. Instructions were well written and clear. Installed onto a brick column using my choice of fasteners rather than those supplied with install smooth and easy. Operation is great and will certainly simplify garden watering in back yard. Neighbor eyed it up and will likely be buying one also. I will be replacing the nozzle as it is not up to quality of hose/reel unit. Likely be buying another for from yard

The 5/8” 115ft hose reel is ideal as a replacement for my steel ground dwelling earlier model. It is so much easier to unwind longer distances without hammering my plants. Our Florida weather destroyed the previous steel one (which was getting corroded and would not work any longer. With quick connects, I can use the cover and take the hose reel into the lanai or garage and out of the sun and rain.

I am a repeat customer of Giraffe garden hoses. The quality and craftsmanship are superior to others I have purchased. I just purchased these two 115' models to replace my 90' models. I also purchased the covers to protect the housing from the harsh hot sun here in the desert south west of the USA. I've had some retractable garden hoses from the large hone improvement stores but these are far superior.

I just love the pressure washer because it was a huge upgrade over the pressure washer I had bought several years ago from a big box store. I’ve mounted it in my garage and it’s ver easy to use! Love these hose reels! We’re remodeling our backyard and ended up buying 2 of these. One for the front and one for the back. And these things are hefty and nice! My only real complaint is the hose. It tends to kink real easy when reeling out the hose. Besides that, installation was a breeze and products are top notch! My next purchase will be a pressure washer or 2!

Got this for Christmas and love it. Have a gas powered 4200 PSI pressure washer for heavy jobs but this is perfect for the pool patio that is travertine. The 100 ft hose is great and reaches anywhere I need. Auto reel feature works seamlessly and setup took less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with this product!

What can I say? Even though I bought the cover for Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer Pro, I don't think I'll be actually using it. The unit is so well designed, solidly built, and pretty to look at, I feel like it adds to the modern aesthetic of the house I am building. (Note: I did fabricate out of 3/4 PVC pipe, a right hand side water hookup, so that I could have a cleaner install. That, and a 2ft stainless steel braided hose from Amazon, really completes the unit.)

Heavy duty plastic cover, hose seems tough, nozzle has multiple uses. I used my own mounting method from existing hose reel, the attachment to take reel off mount was very easy to use. I bought two of these, think I start using these around my building.

Loving my 1/2” 100ft retractable giraffe hose. I really think with the extra weight of the 100’ hose the default should be the metal base. I had to purchase mine separately. Don’t know if the plastic would have held? The metal is perfect… important to note: the metal came without a template and the screw pattern is larger than the template for the plastic.

We decided to purchase two 90ft 5/8inch with the metal bracket. The metal bracket is definitely the way to go in our opinion if you want to have a heavier duty brace. We mounted both hose reels on our brick wall. Installation is pretty straight forward and easy. So far no complaints and the hose works great. No more walking the hose or reeling in by hand. Have already recommended to our friends and family.

Fantastic product! Complete right out of the box and easy to mount . Currently have a feeder attached. First time using 1/2” hose . So much easier and lighter than a 5/8 or 3/4. Plenty of power and distance and retracts very smoothly. I do have to hold it while it retracts as it is really fast. Very satisfied.

Vacuum works good, suction works well throughout entire hose length. Mounting was easy but I used 2x4s as a bracket since mounting hoke did not exactly align with studs. Great selection of attachments. Manual could detail a little more on actual operation such as how to store wand device and how to prevent hose from rolling back up when only needing a shorter length. Overall, Great product!
