I love this pressure washer and wish I had bought one long ago. So convenient for washing vehicles and it also reached my patio when it is time to do the spring cleaning of the pollen after it is done. It just makes things so much easier for me here.

Fantastic product! Complete right out of the box and easy to mount . Currently have a feeder attached. First time using 1/2” hose . So much easier and lighter than a 5/8 or 3/4. Plenty of power and distance and retracts very smoothly. I do have to hold it while it retracts as it is really fast. Very satisfied.

What can I say? Even though I bought the cover for Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer Pro, I don't think I'll be actually using it. The unit is so well designed, solidly built, and pretty to look at, I feel like it adds to the modern aesthetic of the house I am building. (Note: I did fabricate out of 3/4 PVC pipe, a right hand side water hookup, so that I could have a cleaner install. That, and a 2ft stainless steel braided hose from Amazon, really completes the unit.)

We decided to purchase two 90ft 5/8inch with the metal bracket. The metal bracket is definitely the way to go in our opinion if you want to have a heavier duty brace. We mounted both hose reels on our brick wall. Installation is pretty straight forward and easy. So far no complaints and the hose works great. No more walking the hose or reeling in by hand. Have already recommended to our friends and family.

The swivel connection to the inlet hose is leaking. Please replace this unit under warranty conditions UPDATE: Girrafe sent me a new swivel connector under warranty. I replaced the leaking swivel which solved the problem.

Customer photo review of Retractable Garden Hose Reel-5/8in-90ft

Ken W.

Overall I like the hose reel. The nozzle operates smoothly. A 6’ connecting hose was supplied, but I knew I needed an 8’ hose which I already had. I didn’t know you need a female x female hose. In using the hose coming off the side of the reel, any rubber hose is going to hang down and possibly kink when not in use especially in warmer weather. To solve this I put a 90 hose fitting on the reel and added a female x female hose fitting. I was hoping the bracket would mount to a 4” x 4” post whic...

Awesome best power washer for the money. Hands down will not buy a different one ever again. I've only had it 2 weeks and used it 3 times. The only thing is I want to see how long it will last.

Works great, the spring is really strong, wish that the hose diameter was ID not OD and the sprayer is cheap and doesn’t work great but they are solid and easy to install!

This unit looks good. So far, it works like it should. Suction is a little weak. Not bad though. I have a 5hp vacuum attached. I made a stand so I could move it around if need be. 👍

I am very pleased with my retractable Giraffe wall-mounted vacuum. I received it in perfect condition and promptly. I love the way it provides me with extra floor space which was taken up by my shopping back which I’ve given to my son because it is no longer necessary. I can use the, vacuum inside or outside my garage which I have done easily with the remote. I actually mounted it on the opposite side of my garage door, which has my retractable Giraffe power washer, which I use to clean my vehic...

I love it. Lots of power compared to smaller electric pressure washer I've used. I love the retractable hose real. I added quick attachments on to easily swap ends on the pressure washer. Easy install. Now I need to get an outlet and a water spigot mounted nearby and this setup will be FANTASTIC for car washes.

Customer photo review of Retractable Garden Hose Reel-5/8 in-115ft

David J.

I've looked into hose reels years ago and they were nothing more than a box on the ground with a motor in them. My old hose real had a hand crank on the side and I hated dragging the hose out. I decided to take another look a few weeks ago and clicked on the first website that came up. Boy am I glad I did! The GiRAFFE 115ft 5/8 hose reel is fantastic! I can pull the hose out to my garage in back of my house and set it down while I start the pressure washer and it stays right when I set it down a...

Was tired of having to roll up my hose after every use and deal with kinks. Not until I got the Giraffe! This thing is a beast and makes watering the plants a breeze, literally cut out 10-15 minutes of hose maintenance before and after, this thing rocks! 11/10 highly recommended!

Customer photo review of Wall-Mounted Brackets

Loving my 1/2” 100ft retractable giraffe hose. I really think with the extra weight of the 100’ hose the default should be the metal base. I had to purchase mine separately. Don’t know if the plastic would have held? The metal is perfect… important to note: the metal came without a template and the screw pattern is larger than the template for the plastic.

Great product. Love the 5/8's since it gives us more pressure than the 1/2". Actually mounted it on a pre installed post that I had from an old Frontgate retractable hose. Bolt pattern fit for upper bolts. Had to drill and improvise the lower 2 holes. Will likely order another hose and replace another frontgate retractable hose.

Very happy with purchase. Always wanted a home detailing setup. Finally gifted myself and satisfied with the power washer. Works as advertised. Now I just need to learn how to use it.

Vacuum works good, suction works well throughout entire hose length. Mounting was easy but I used 2x4s as a bracket since mounting hoke did not exactly align with studs. Great selection of attachments. Manual could detail a little more on actual operation such as how to store wand device and how to prevent hose from rolling back up when only needing a shorter length. Overall, Great product!

My reels are in a southern facing installation. Anything I can do to protect them from direct sun is tops to me. These covers are perfect! Even if the sun destroys them in several years I will gladly replace them to maintain the integrity of the reels. Never mind the upside down top cover. It was temporary and now is correctly installed.

I used to go to the car wash down the road because I was reluctant to pull the hose out and have the hassle of winding it back up when I was done. Not anymore! The giraffe works great! One little tug and just walk it back. It’s a simple as it sounds.

I have purchased a few retractable garden hose reels from a major warehouse store . One of them failed a couple of weeks ago and I went to return it. I was given a refund however I couldn't replace it because it was a seasonal item. So I Googled looking for a retractable garden hose reel and I found this one. I must admit that I Love it . I wish I would have known about this previously. The quality is superior to the previous one I had and the price was very competitive . I strongly recommend th...

Bought this to try and make some things in the truck shop easier to clean. Its not as powerful as the gas pressure washer out in the wash bays, but it allows for us to clean the trucks as we work on our projects. We have also utilized it for some shop cleaning as the 100ft hose gets us around the shop. It is so nice to have it all wind up back into the unit and store out of the way. Makes on demand cleaning so easy now.

Pretty good washer. Maintains pressure well, the soft grey cord is great, nozzles are good quality and the holder is a good feature. Only complaint is the wand holder. Could have been thought better like put some clamp in the back to prevent from falling off. I ordered the cover which arrived super fast and the quality of the fabric is good. Great idea with the side net holder, would be better of there was a Velcro strap in the back to secure the back better for those windy days. Haven't been ab...

Super pleased with my G20 pressure washer. More power than I expected and quieter than any other one I've ever owned. Right out of the box (even the packaging was impressively done and comes with everything you need to mount it,a template and a short inlet hose) it was easy to mount and running in minutes. I have a small "car cleaning corner" in my garage and it fits in perfectly with the other items. The swivel is very helpful too. The 65' hose reaches out far enough to get well past the back o...

So far no issues. Hose stops and retracts when hose is pulled. Plenty of pressure for pressure washing a concrete driveway. Excellent for washing vehicles. The soap dispenser is okay, get yourself a foam cannon if you want to apply a heavy soap to your vehicle.

I absolutely love my new Grandfalls Pressure Washer Pro wall mounted pressure washer. All the power of the heavy gas powered I used to have. It’s so easy to install and use without the smell of gasoline. I love all the Giraffe Tool products. Previously purchased an AW swivel hose reel which we love and now awaiting the new Retractable Tire Air Compressor. Can’t wait to I see what they come out with next.

We recently ordered the Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer G20 (with Cover) which fulfilled all the items that we had hoped to have in the garage: Vacuum, Air Hose and Power Cord Reels are all Giraffe. So far so good. It works very well. It was nice not to have to mount it to the house. I actually went and bought a 24 x 24 patio block and mounted it to it . It seems cleaner than driving the stakes into the ground.. seems to be very well made
