Customer video review of Metal Water Hose Splitter

Ghanshyam P.

This retractable pressure washer, garden hose, and extension cord combo is a game changer! It's incredibly convenient and makes washing windows, vehicles, patio or anything around the house so much easier. The retractable feature works flawlessly—it winds back up smoothly every time, keeping everything neat and tangle-free. I also love how sleek it looks mounted on the wall, saving valuable space in the garage. It’s well-designed, practical, and truly makes my life easier. Highly recommend!

So far, this has been a really great product. I’ve owned other giraffe tool products that have been pretty dependable. This is so much better than carrying a portable vacuum around. And it really sucks. In a good way.

I'm am extremely pleased with my retractable hose reel so far. Installation was a breeze, and the materials seem durable. I no longer dread pulling out and winding up my hose. With the post mounting holding the unit above the ground, I even have more room for my hosta in this corner!

This vacuum setup is an absolute game changer. The suction power is strong and consistent, making quick work of dirt, debris, and deep-clean jobs without losing performance. The built-in hose reel keeps everything clean and organized, which is huge for efficiency on the job. It’s reliable, easy to use, and perfect for mobile work—definitely a solid upgrade for anyone serious about detailing or cleanup.

I absolutely love it and it was the best game changer in my gardening journey. My husband had bought similar one 10 years ago and he was very skeptical about my purchase. He’s so impressed with the quality and now we’ll buy two more!

This is such an awesome tool. I would use a sunjoe powerwash for my cars and it was just such an annoying process to setup and a wash would take minimum 1 hr. Now, as you can see from my picture, the unit is setup and ready to go. A good decent wash now takes me 10 to 15 minutes (witch contact wash). The ease of simply turn on water and power wash, the quick disconnects from foam to water, and simply closing everything back up. It is just amazing! The only gripe I have is that the wate...

So far so good. Actually I’m really enjoying it. I guess you could consider me a professional power washer I have used power washers for over 30 plus years I run a painting business & have been washing houses decks, driveways RV’s and farm equipment using power washers, the washers I operate are the big gas boys 4000 psi 3.5 gallons per minute, so when I used this grandfalls washer pro for the 1st time it took a little getting used to. I soon realized that it was an auto detailer & I fell in...

After installing the pressure washer the name tag fell off and I noticed the Leader (which spools the hose back & forth on the reel) was advanced by about 4 inches. So I had to take it apart to adjust it. Be aware that if you do this you have to take a gear off to get to the belt. In doing so you’ll release the spring tension that spools the hose back up. Other than that it’s been a fine working machine.

I have a hose real from Frontgate in my back yard which came with the house when we bought it. The new one from Giraffe is far superior. It winds up the hose faster and it has a larger diameter hose. I highly recommend it. I may eventually swap out the Frontgate one for another Giraffe hose reel

Was looking for a great, affordable, and reliable wall mounted power washer to upgrade our detailing vans. I could not find any anywhere. I came across Giraffe Products, bought one to try it out and now I’m cutting my employees time in half every job. This power washer is the best and I would highly recommend it to everyone out there! My Giraffe Hose Reel arrived Shortly after I placed my order. It was easy to mount on my wall and it worked great as described. This will save me a lot of steps.

Very nice heavy duty reel. The hose "retrieve" mechanism is fantastic as it automatically moves the hose back and forth on the reel making it easy to retrieve the 100 ft. of hose that I have. The only caution I have is that for those that are mounting this on a hollow stucco wall like mine, you will need some heavy duty "T" or toggle bolts to hold the reel securely in place. It was not a big deal for me to make work as I am fairly handy, but could be a surprise and possible struggle for some.

I just received my order and installed. It's definitely as advertised. Instalation was a breeze, even though I installed onto concrete hardie board. The reel works great and the hose is light enough for my wife to use with ease. I also have the Giraffe air hose and electrical cord reels and the quality of the water hose reel is as expected. I would definitely recommend.

I just received and installed the unit today, came very well packaged and undamaged. Looks to be very well made, the retractable soft hose is amazing . I have had many cheap power washers over the years but this one seems to me to be the best. The pressure seems very very good for an electric pressure washer, and it just looks at home in my garage/shop. I would highly recommend this unit.

I have the Grandfalls Plus power washer with a Giraffe Tools retractable 90’ hose real and permanently plumbed with deionized water filtration for spotless rinsing or bypassed for cleaning or using the foam cannon. The unit is rock solid and quiet. Vert well engineered products. I also have the Newest GT product; the wall mounted wet/dry vacuum with retractable hose. I love the fact that all the tools required to keep my collection clean is mounted conveniently and always powered and ready to us...

Very happy with the vacuum unit. Powerful suction and lots of attachments. Hose provides easy reach. Installing the unit was not difficult. I mounted a piece of 3/4” plywood on my garage wall to properly support the vacuum. Instructions should be clearer as to mounting height and points of attachment.

I used to hate using the hose and having to wind up 100 or so feet. I have two 130 ft reels now and they pull back in without an issue!!

Love it so far, installation was not too difficult, all parts and equipment were in perfect shape. I showed it off this weekend with my neighbors and think you will be getting additional customers. Performance is great and defiantly a massive upgrade vs my Ridged shop vac!

It works great!! I’m enjoying being able to return the hose without using a crank or wrap the hose around a cheap wall hose bracket. The only issue I would see change is to the retaining rod. It needs to be a little bit longer and have a hole drilled through it to put a lock through it so it makes it harder to steal.

Retractable Garden Hose Reel-5/8 in-115ft

Ryan R.

Very solid construction, only gripe is the reel itself sides are a little thin but it does not effect the performance. I am extremely happy with it and have been recommending it to friends. If you are looking for a durable solid mountable reel this is it!

Chris M.

I’ve been using the Spotless × Grandfalls setup for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly awesome. The deionized water gives a spotless rinse every time, and switching back to normal pressure for foam cannon or general cleaning is super easy. Everything feels solid and quiet — just quality all around. Giraffe Tools really nailed it with this combo.

I purchased the 5/8”/90’ hose reel and cover. This hose system has enabled me to water my lawn again. I am now on disability and could not lift and manipulate our heavy hose setup. My wife is also now a believer as she also struggled with our old hose. This system is so easy to use and looks great mounted on the side of our house!

I was slightly skeptical because I felt like there’s a bunch of reviews for vacuums given to others for reviews. I personally bought this and I must say I love it. Mine has the remote with it. I highly recommend getting that as it’s worth the extra money! Suction is great. I feel like the quality of it is great. My stickers were straight. Unlike some others. I like the filter system, but I would give it nine out of 10 but to make it perfect 10 is if when you turned it off, it ran for an extra...

The finished reel feels sturdy and well-built, with a solid metal frame that doesn't feel flimsy or wobbly. The hose guide system (the roller assembly that keeps the hose winding evenly across the reel) works surprisingly well and prevents the hose from bunching up on one side while rewinding. The wheels make it easy to move around, and overall it feels like a product that should hold up well outdoors. If you're comfortable with a somewhat tedious assembly process, you'll likely be happy with th...

Giraffe Tools Garden Hose Reel, Wall Mounted 130FT 5/8" Hose Capacity Is made for a 130 foot hose but our 150 foot metal hose fit on it very easily. My partner has one at one of these for a long time and he was absolutely ecstatic that I was able to get him one. I was so tired of the hose sitting on the ground next to the house. We recently finished a full renovation on a 100 year old house and just got all of the landscaping completed, but the hose made everything feel unfinished and out of place. It was the last thing that felt like it needed an upgrade. When I saw this garden hose reel cart, I immediately thought this was exactly what I had been looking for. It has a sleek look while still being heavy duty and well built. Assembly was surprisingly ea...

Great design and idea. I love the retractable hose. My only issue unfortunately is with the most important thing to me, and that’s suction power. This machine just can’t compete with shop vacs that cost half as much.

I finally mounted this stainless steel beauty. The construction is robust and it looks fantastic mounted on my cement wall. Brass fittings for the water hose coupling to the reel. First class quality. The reel feels very sturdy when pulling the hose out and hand-retracts easily by turning the handle. I purchased the reel with the 5/8 x 100’ hose already attached. I was skeptical at first about this vacuum with the power and the longer hose. Not any more! This thing is awesome! Such a huge space saver in my already crowded garage. We sunk a 6X6 7’ treated post into our lovely clay with cement and gravel fill. Let it set for a couple of days. Lots of rain. Screwed the metal bracket to the post. Hooked up the hose. No leaks. Love how it came out. Wanted to set up a hand pump on top but I’m thinking a solar cap light instead.
