I am writing to give my strongest recommendation for your 90 foot retractable wall hose reel. I had one at our previous house for 4 years and totally loved it. I easily rolled up all 90' without a problem. Amazing, best thing ever. I recently bought a new one for our new house and used it for several months, but it developed a problem with rolling up. I was past Amazon return time, but I emailed you just in case. You responded immediately and offered to replace it, and you did send a replacem...

It wasn't very long ago that I had never even heard of Gitryin, but after testing many of the brand's power products, I've been quite impressed. This is the most powerful adapter of theirs that I've tried, and while it's far from compact, it works well and has the company's signature design style. Like its less powerful cousins, it has a retractable cable, folding plug, and an extra USB port to keep two devices powered at once. Now, I own the Gitryin hub, and I couldn't help but notice that this...

Purchased this in January 24, I knew it would take a few months to get it. Once I received it I immediately started using it. It worked great for a short time but then i had an issue with pressure. I contacted customer service and after sending them some information and a short video, they immediately replaced the unit. No red tape, no hoops to jump thru, i just provided proof of the concern and they replaced it! The new unit is working flawlessly and i use it multiple times a week. So easy to ...

Picked this up directly from the manufacturer during Prime Day for $99, which felt like a deal too good to pass up. I just finished installing the bracket on my wall and the setup was straightforward. The hose reel looks very clean and tidy, which is a big upgrade from the old milk crate I used to store my hose in. The hose itself feels a bit thinner than others I’ve used, but I’ll see how it holds up with regular use. So far, I’m happy with the purchase and excited to put it to work in the gar...

After purchasing and using the Grandfalls Pressure washer and the retractable Vacuum cleaner with great results, i decided to buy the retractable garden hose. A few years ago I purchased a similar type of product from a different company and was very disappointed in it. Knowing the quality of Giraffe tools and their excellent customer service, I knew I had to buy this retractable garden hose. As you can see, its mounted right next to the amazing pressure washer. Its so clean looking and easy to...

I’m not sure which impressed me more, the hose reel or the customer service that I received after having a problem. First, I absolutely love this hose reel. It was very easy to install, convenient to use and a space saver. I no longer have to manually crank the shaft on my hose reel in order to retract my hose. It’s done automatically on this giraffe retractable hose reel. If you’ve ever had to stand there and retract 50 to 100’ of hose, you know what I mean when I say convenient! As for the Cus...

In addition to Giraffe's reputation as a leader in wall mounted retractable hose tools, I was especially intrigued with their Grandstorm Retractable Vacuum Cleaner's remote power option. I found the mounting design excellent, robust and easy to maneuver the unit to mount on the wall once the bracket was ready to receive the vac. The remote power switch at the hose end is an excellent design feature (and a guilty pleasure!). The included metal tool rack finishes off the utility and combined wi...

Purchased this in January 24, I knew it would take a few months to get it. As soon as i received it, i started to use it. Initially I planned to use it to clean the car interior, but since mounting it on the garage wall, i use it all over the garage to clean up after working on projects. Overall an amazing unit. So easy to use with the retractable hose. I no longer dread having to pull out the shopvac, get it all hooked up, hoses ran etc. I just hit the button and unroll the hose! Loved it so m...

Wow-what a great company even after the sale! We loved our Giraffe tools garden hose reel for its ease of use and perfect performance! Sadness came when the ccompression fitting, where the hose met and like a bulging disc bowed out and sprung a pin leak til eruption. No worries from Customer Support, when we requested to purchase a new fitting, they replaced the entire unit! We expected a box with 2 ends but a new hose was delivered quickly and without issue. Thank you Giraffe tools! Our garde...
