Great unit, Easy to Install, the overall quality of the unit seems very good, I used this to replace a 100' standard hose that we use daily. I do recommend a solid mounting area, as this is a Heavy hose retract unit, I mounted on a Block wall, worked out great.

Awesome product so far! Have used it about 4 times, not too loud and comes with plenty of chord length to get the job done.
Mounting the product is pretty easy, however if you plan on mounting it on drywall with or without a stud, you’ll have to get your own mounting hardware. The stuff it comes with won’t cut it. Only reason I gave it 4 stars...

Had a little shipping damage on the retractable hose. Sent pictures but no one really followed up.
Also install instructions not clear. Had to figure it out. Plus the hardware mounting bolts not suitable for drywall. I had to go to Home Depot and get my own.
