Your customer service is essentially non-existent. My order took nearly two weeks to arrive, even though I paid for expedited shipping.
When I tried to find out why my order was delayed, I was unable to reach anyone through phone, chat, or email. There appears to be no effective way to speak with a customer service representative, which made an already frustrating situation even worse.
