Giraffe Tools US ReviewsSee store reviews

Installed and washed front sidewalk in less than 1 hour. Was a breeze to use. It is super nice to not have to lug out the "portable" washer. :)

Bought for my son as a gift. Delivery was as expected and the item was as described. He loves it! His neighbor asked where he got it! Would recommend!!

I love the customer service and product warranty on the items from giraffe . The convenience of the rollup hose is a life saver .

Easy to install, no need to struggle with the water hose tangling up. Design looks great and will highly recommend to all.

I am very happy with this pressure washer. It has all the pressure I need for my projects. Hose reel is very easy to roll up hose.

Easy installation. Works well. Water pressure could be a little better. Hose feels a bit stiff & plastic. So I’m interested to see how it holds up.

We are very happy with our retractable hose and its ease of operation. We actually purchased three and installed one in our patio, side of house and back yard.

So far so good,I like the pressure and not having to rush to dry my vehicles and worrying about water spots now is great !

This is the second hose reel I ordered. Had fist one for several years. Easy to install and works great. So much better than manual crank hoses.

So far so good. Saw this recommended on a horse Facebook group, so decided to buy one. I think it’s pretty solid. Only gripe is the hard are to attach to the hydrant. Think they could have used something of higher quality and easier to use. All in all it’s working so far.

Works great! Has come in handy many times, no longer have to unwind and wind my exstension cord. Great product and easy to install.

Very nice works great and saves me a time from rolling it up and keeps the hose clean and looks great on my house. DEFINITELY recommend this product 👌

Got the pressure washer and extension cord I’m pleased so far, waiting for the vacuum to come out hope it’s good

This vacuum is fantastic! I returned a cheaper vacuum because it didn’t perform well. Don’t waste your time. Get the Giraffe vacuum, the best.

Easy install. I was short one little tiny screw for the accessories, but found at ACE Hardware. Works better than I expected! I highly recommend.

Love both my Giraffe Power Washer and Vacuum! They sure make detailing my cars (and everything else) so much easier! Very happy with my purchase!

Only reason for 4 stars is because I have not used it enough to give a fair review. However the order process and the customer service is awesome. The kit is complete and easy to mount on the wall. They look great in my garage. More to come after I use them more.

Great product. Easy install. Just got it up so haven’t used it a lot yet but when I have it is amazing!!!

I like the quality and it’s working great. It has a good retraction system and most importantly it doesn’t leak!

Great unit, Easy to Install, the overall quality of the unit seems very good, I used this to replace a 100' standard hose that we use daily. I do recommend a solid mounting area, as this is a Heavy hose retract unit, I mounted on a Block wall, worked out great.

Giraffe tools is my go to for my Garage setup! All in one units, small and compact but strong performance!

Very easy to install, great movement and fun to use. Much better than our old messy under-foot house that always got tangled.

This is a great hose and reel. I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. Now I will have three.

It works great. I've had the shop vac since we moved to this new place. And we were unable to use it. But now, with the retractable holes and credible love it.

Looks good, not bad to install but I did get my own hardware. The brackets will not line up with your studs in the wall. I think the suction is fine for what I need for general garage upkeep. The main issue is the Bluetooth remote accessory connector keeps coming off. I have to keep pushing and twisting it back on. I dont pull on it at all when bringing the hose out or back in.

So far so good. Love watering the plants and not having to wind a hose up. Did have to purchase an 8 ft leader hose off Amazon.

Did some research and this seemed like the best. After installation I have used for three days and the retraction is working well. I was wary of the length of the bolts included and ended up buying longer bolts and installing the retractable into (2) 2x6 boards to better hold the carrier. Much steadier now. Be careful with delivery estimates from the giraffe website and their support representatives.

Awesome product so far! Have used it about 4 times, not too loud and comes with plenty of chord length to get the job done. Mounting the product is pretty easy, however if you plan on mounting it on drywall with or without a stud, you’ll have to get your own mounting hardware. The stuff it comes with won’t cut it. Only reason I gave it 4 stars...

This retractable hose is great. I bought it because I had such a good experience with my pressure washer. Up next is the vacuum!

Convenient and plenty of suction. I am very particular with the tools I use and the pressure washer and vacuum are both outstanding.

Excellent product! Sleek design, sturdy, and easy to use. I set up with the metal bracket and a wooden post and it’s perfect.

I added the Giraffe retractable Hose to my Giraffe Power Washer and Giraffe retractable Vacuum! Love them! I have the best detail spot on Lake Ontario!!!

Easy enough to mount. Was very satisfied with my first one I bought and I’m sure I’ll be satisfied with this one no more tangled up hose.

Great pressure washer but I need more power . So I am selling this to my buddy and getting the pro version.

Wasn’t sure about this at first. After using if on my patio, I strong recommend nice addition to the garage !

As with prior products this hose reel is awesome. Easy to install, sturdy and dependable. Great products, keep them coming!!!

I’m very happy with the convenience of this product. It could be a little bit more powerful, but the convenience outweighs that. Overall, it’s a great product and makes vehicle cleaning a breeze.

Install was pretty simple. It does take some help to lift onto the brackets due to the weight, but otherwise install was a breeze.

Got this for my husband for his new shop where he stores cars. He loved it! Looks great and out of the way.

Just installed the Giraffe Powerwasher and have already used it to clean the garage and cars. Have recommended it to friends and family.
