Only reason not for five stars is I haven’t used it a whole summer yet to put it to the full test. BUT I LOVE IT! It pulls/ retracts so smoothly, the stop on the brake works well. the power washer work great. It is easy to unwind and rewind. Plenty of water pressure to clean the dock and boat. The various angle tips are easy to install and remove, and I love that they are attached to the wand arm. My only complaint is the installation, the instructions were wrong in areas and poorly written. I love almost everything about this set up. The 100’ hose is one of my favorite parts! Everything works as it should. There are a few things I dislike. It sits a little close to the wall for me to easily remove the sprayer without scraping it against the wall and the tips falling out. The 5/8” outside diameter hose was smaller than I wanted, but it’s the largest offered. Yes, pressure is less than a 5/8” inside diameter hose, but with a 90 foot hose I don’t need as much pressure. I can get to the places I want watered. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this hose doesn’t kink. I chalk it up to the smaller diameter. The hose reel arrived at my house cracked open a little bit as if the shipping played hacky sack with it. Upon opening, the unit seemed pretty straightforward in assembly, but I did notice the belt inside the unit was off the drive. The aforementioned belt is white and attaches to help the hose reel in left to right to help the hose not just roll too much in one way. I installed the 5/8th 90 ft hose reel three days ago so I can't speak to longevity yet but aside from that, I'm very happy with the unit. I mounted mine next to a fence post on a 4x6 teated post resting on a concrete pad. This let's the aluminum fence post anchored in concrete provide solid support with 2 5" deck screws from the front and 3 3 ½" deck screws through the back, holding the reel firmly in place.
