Easy to use, washed a couple cars already. The best thing was the easy use on cleaning our pool filters.

Works great. I like it.
Had a little shipping damage on the retractable hose. Sent pictures but no one really followed up.
Also install instructions not clear. Had to figure it out. Plus the hardware mounting bolts not suitable for drywall. I had to go to Home Depot and get my own.

I absolutely love this Giraffetools retractable hose! No more muddy legs from dragging the hose on the damp ground and no more wasted time spent winding up the hose!

Seems like it will be great, haven’t actually used it yet. Install was very easy. Quality appears to be very nice. Hopefully the hose doesn’t fail since it can not be replaced which is my only complaint.

Sturdy, well built. Heavy. Needs to be mounted very well or the weight and pulling on it could become a problem.
Decided to set it on a cinderblock to support the heavy weight, in the front porch hedge where there’s a hose bib. Zip-tied it to the porch railing to secure it tight.
Actually grinned while hosing off the front porch then hosed the dust off the front of the house. The unit is awesome. The 5/8 inch hose permits high flow for better pressure. I highly recommend it. Very satisfi...

I love my pressure washer. I wish i could buy an extra mount so i could have a mount on another side of my property, I know i could just let it sit on the ground, but i like it mounted, All my neighbors ask if they can come over and use it to wash their cars.
Thanks again

Purchased off of the website. Arrived as promised. Easy to install and mount. I installed the pressure washer on the outside of my shop near the water. Great Product, the 100 foot of hose makes projects Super convenient. I don't have to drag around the whole machine. The automatic real feature is a must.

★★★★★ Excellent Quality — I Keep Coming Back for More
I’ve purchased a lot of products from Giraffe Tools, and this is now, I believe, my 10th retractable hose reel. I have some properties and use several of these reels for these properties, and I’ve also purchased them for my children for their homes.
That probably says more than anything else I could write about how satisfied I am with them.
The hose reels are well made, dependable, easy to use, and very convenient. The overall quality is e...

After years of fighting dragging a wet dry vacuum around behind me always hung up on something or tipping over cause the hose is to short.
I broke down and purchased the giraffe wall.mounted vacuum with remote .
A real nice machine lots of suction and noMoore fighting pulling one behind you .
Would recommend this for sure .
There is a template to mark bolt holes location for easy install. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great tool and great quality. One suggestion…an adapter to allow pulling from > 90 degrees. I’m all over the place in my yard and when I hit a corner the hose hangs up. Otherwise super tool!

So far so good. I have only used it a couple of times since it arrived. installation was very easy. Loving that I don’t have to coil up a hose anymore. The water flow is great. Now over the course of use hopefully durability will be excellent.

Your merchandise is excellent! But your service is very pour/ shipping. It’s sad you put an order in and have to wait 4+ weeks to get it. Why people order from you is beyond me. When you can get it elsewhere same day or 2-3 days shipping. But for some reason you can only get these nozzles from you. So here I am waiting. The merchandise is top notch BUT shipping service not good.

It works great after some struggle to attach the unit to my outside wall made of wood and stucco. The sleeved screws on the top came out because of the load. I ended up replacing the top two screws with toggle bolts. So far so good. Pulling and retraction are working fine. Glad that I bought and installed it.

I’ve had the Giraffe Tools 130 ft 1/2" retractable hose reel for about a week and have used it almost daily to rinse the pool filter, water the garden, and reach a newly planted palm and plumeria in my backyard. It easily covers my entire yard, which is a big upgrade from my previous hoses that came up short and were a pain to coil and store. The reel itself feels solid, retracts smoothly with a light tug, and has been working flawlessly so far. I mounted it directly to my cinder block exterior ...

I have a couple rubicons and a sequoia - they are all big and they all get dirty - especially the jeeps. This power washer makes it much easier to blast the grime off my vehicles and then let the hose retract itself so it's all clean. I had an initial issue but customer service looked after it immediately. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a clean quick way to wash vehicles and have a garage that is the envy of your neighbors

After using the hose reel for six years, the belt broke. I contacted customer support and they emailed me a link to order a new belt. The belt arrived a few weeks later and the reel now operates like it did when it was new.

Members of my family bought a power washer! Even thought, they had some sour experiences, I decided to give it my own experience!
Subsequently, I've purchased a Garden Reel, and recently Grandstorm Retractable Vacuum Cleaners 1 Upgraded!

It fits in the corner of my garage upgrade wonderfully. Its return spring is very powerful. I do wish that the 5/8 hose real like this had come in 110 ft length with the metal bracket also. This is my second giraffe purchase as the other was the stainless hose reel as a gift for my son.

Saw this good looking hose reel on a neighbors house and stopped and asked where he got it. He told me he purchased one for the house and bought two for work and the guys loved them. So I ordered one and it arrived and promptly installed. I will never go back to a cheap hose reel. Called another neighbor and recommended he check out all the products you sell . Would definitely recommend to anyone that is tired of buying juke and get something that will last and looks great.

Ordering and communication was a little problematic. Once we got ahold of customer service, wow did thing get better (easier). You cannot find a better-quality product on the market today. Ordered our first one then got two more as soon as we saw the quality. They are GREAT here in South Carolina.

I have 3 giraffe hose reels. My daughter really liked so i gifted her a 4th hose reel for her birthday. She saw how easy the hose retracted and could understand why i switched my heavy conventional hoses for the Giraffe hose reels!

Its installed inside fromt of garage and is working beautifully. This is my 2nd Giraffe hose reel, the first reel is mounted outside on back corner of house. It is so nice not having to drag a heavy garden hose around the yard or coil it up. I planted a lot of trees and shrubs early spring and the hose reels have been invaluable.
When done it easily retracts back into hose reel cover. Love this hose reel.

I bought the lower grade model and loved mine so much I bought the pro for my son and his new house just the ease is special enough but not having to deal with dragging out a machine and then playing with it setting it up this makes life so much easier

Install one at my moms place 2 years ago. Didn't have a lot of faith in the hose reel. In the past other have fail. This one has not. Used at lease a hundred times works great!! Perfect for the constant rinsing that comes with living on a dirt road. Still use my gas power washer for the big jobs but everything else walmont. Just added one to my place the upgraded version. Still need to run power and water to it. I have it mounted just inside the garage for year round use. If you dont have one....

This is a find beyond a doubt. After many years of using a gas power power washer and as the unit gets older it is harder for me to start on my own. This is a gem. I love this power washer , it will be ready to go when I want to wash my car, wash our breeze way and wash the house and anything else. The best find! Look forward to many years of use. Happy Washing!!

The extension cord is very nice. I have not used it yet because I have been in Florida. I have been using my Giraffe pressure washer which I brought with me from New York. I recommend these to everyone. Usually most of the work was getting my pressure washer out and taking care of it. Now I just grab it and go. It is awesome.

Vacuum is great so far! The only thing I would change is the plastic snap in holders for all the attachments aren’t very strong and they pop out and fall off a lot of the times.
