Vacuum looks pretty good just installed it two days ago and everything was good. Customer service has been email only but also good. We did have a problem with the pressure washer and they replaced the unit quickly.

Just put together, looks great and like the way hose reels evenly. Purchased on recommendation of family member. I hope it lasts a long time.

i’ve only had it for a couple weeks used it two or three times so far I really like it. The pressure is good enough of course cannot compare to a gas pressure washer. It is just so convenient to have it hanging on the wall and hooked up to water all the time. Time will tell as I use it more.

Extremely pleased with how well this vacuum reel works, and pairs with the vacuum made wall mounted system! Retracts extremely smoothly

Works as advertised. Reel works smoothly. I wish it had a metal mounting plate though. No issues with the plastic so far, but see a possible issue over time.

I'm very pleased with the Giraffe line of products. Power washer has much more cleaning power than other pressure washers I've used. Electric pressure washers give me the freedom of not storing gasoline in my garage and not dealing with fumes. I've had the hose reel for a couple of years. The older hose reel mounting bracket flexes and causes the real to sway to one side. I purchased a new one for the backyard and it has an improved mount bracket. The vacuum is great could be a little more power...

Works awesome, couldn't be happier. Shipping is really slow, wish they would push that along. Just ordered another for the front deck.

I used it everyday for almost 2 years and it started to surge and fail. I put a claim in. And 2 weeks later this was at my door.

It honestly took way to long to get here which put a bad taste in my mouth, so I had already bought another garage vacuum cleaner and then when this one finally comes in it was sooo professional looking so I told my husband he could have the other and I wanted this one.. I absolutely love it, it works Great I am a Dog groomer and it has a lot of Power and it makes cleaning hair up a breeze especially with the handle having a turn off on switch... Very Pleased

Great price with the promo, nicely packaged, and gets the job done. It’s heavy, so make sure you hang it correctly with the right support. Suction is good but it would be nice to ramp it up a bit more. Then I bet it would be a no brainer to purchase this item compared to other vacuums on the market. Only complaint is the stickers representing the company were all placed crooked on the vacuum.

My second one, I hate rolling hose on a reel. This makes things so easy and looks good hanging on the wall. Probably going to buy the power washer model next.

Love the actual vacuum itself but they sent me the wrong model. I ordered one with remote and got the one without. Still working with customer service and it’s been about a week.

I was very excited to receive my new product but when I received it, it said “Made in China” this sent me over the edge. Are you telling me, that we cannot make this product here and stamp “ MADE IN THE USA” on it.
I’m actually sick of this. Hard working American man here.

Works great for what we got it for. It cleans around the pool with the perfect amount of pressure. Enough to get the dirt off with taking off the coating like our gas powered one would do.

The Giraffe Tools retractable hose has been a fantastic addition to our outdoor setup and has completely eliminated the clutter that comes with a standard garden hose. The retractable design keeps everything neat, accessible, and easy to use, which has made daily watering much more enjoyable.
Installation was the only real challenge, as mounting to a concrete wall required some extra planning. I ultimately used a pressure-fit mounting solution with bolts, which provided a much more secure hold ...

This is a total upgrade from my 100 foot hose that I have to hand roll. I got the 155 foot retractable hose. It was delivered within a week or two. I also got the hose reel cover. The hose reel itself is very sturdy, very durable plastic. When you mount the bracket, it swivels a 180°. The hose is very easy to pull out and retracts very well. The hose itself is a very durable hose material. The grommets are very sturdy metal. This setup is worth every penny. I only have one hose spigot, and I can...

We purchased a pressure washer almost a year ago and it broke. We contacted support and we were able to get a newer version of the one we bought for just a few dollars more. Great customer service and hopefully the new washer will last longer than a year, but with a 2 year warranty from them and the great customer service if we have any issues they are very friendly and work with you to get it taken care of.

First off, read the instructions, the parts are in the bottom of the unit. Secondly, if you have a classic American home, it’s not going to align either two studs. Get a 36 inch hardwood piece of lumber and mount that to the stud, mount the vac to that. A PLUS great product

I bought this retractable hose because I had one I ordered previously from frontgate and thought it was similar at a better price point. I love it. Equally as good and seems more durable.

I am currently using this hose for my pressure washer. I was tired using my other hose and wanted a dedicated hose for this use. The hose is well made and not some cheap China version. The ends are quality as well as the hose. I am sure I will get plenty of years use out of it.

The unit works great and the wall mount was easy to install. My only suggestion is to have a way to lock the swivel in a couple places. It works great next to my Giraffe power washer.

It came quickly and was as advertised. Easy to install and has weathered a few Florida storms already. It will definitely come in handy with saving it from the Florida elements.

This is the second water hose reel we have purchased for the Jefferson County Animal Shelter, and they are amazing. No more bulky hose to wind up, just one pull and it retracts. We go through a lot of hoses, before finding Giraffe Tools reel, typical 3-5 hoses a year. First one we got lasted 2 years!! before we abused it too much that it wouldn't reel in anymore. Worth every penny!!

I don't usually write reviews but this product is worth it. I bought the Grandfalls Pressure Washer PRO. Great product. I own a 30-dog boarding kennel. We use the machine twice a day every day.
Four months in and the motor goes out. The warranty is good, I got a new machine. In the process with customer service, I repeatedly asked to talk to a service rep via email and voice mail. I was "told" NO we could handle this problem via email. OK. When we got the new machine, the retractable hose reel...

Honestly, this solved my hose problems. I always hated rolling up standard hoses, so I tried expandable ones. But my water pressure is too low, so they didn't expand well and kept leaking and breaking. This new one actually works with low pressure and wraps up quickly without any annoying wrestling. Definitely glad I bought it.

I like what the power washer can do. I had a previous exact one, but it started leaking on the water intake side, so I ordered another one. I’m hoping to be able to fix the other one for a backup.

At 65 and with an Acre fully landscaped yard I was getting tired dragging that 150 feet hose around. I bought 2 of these for each side of the house and I can reach everything what needs watering.
I hope they hold up I have had them only about a Month but so far I am impressed. What a difference!

Been very busy to set up my two hose reels. Even though it's easy to install, my wife won't let me attach it directly to the house so I'm going to put them on a 4x4 or 4x6 post cemented in the ground. just haven't found the time yet.

The retractable reels work as they should, are well thought out and appear durable. What wasn't cool was the ordering length of time it took to receive. Customer service reacted well and I felt like my concern was listened to and acted upon. Very happy overall with my experience

We have a post mounted retractable Giraffe hose. It has been great! It was time to replace the leaky hose wheel in the backyard, and I decided to purchase the Giraffe ground mounted retractable 1/2" Giraffe hose since it was getting all the plants on our paver patio. It has also worked great. No leaks, anywhere, and it just works! And works Great !!!
