When ordering, we noticed we meant to order with the remote. Contacted them immediately to stop the transaction so we could upgrade and pay the difference to have the remote. Didn’t get a response for 3 days and by then, it was in transit. Was told I would have to pay $30 to ship back the vac and another $40 or more to upgrade to the remote. That isn’t cool! They should answer their customer emails more swiftly and these types of mishaps will be resolved in a matter of minutes. No worries! You c...
