The pressure washer was easy to install and came with quality hardware. I use it for about an hour a day cleaning dog kennels. So far so good after a week of use. Pressure is good, reel works nicely. In my case when I put nozzles in the nozzle holder the wand didn’t really fit in the holder, but no big deal I just took them out and it fit. The vacuum works well, and the remote is a nice addition to the handle. It looks clean in the garage. The vacuum has plenty of power and hose stays in place easily. It's nice not having to get a vacuum, plug it in, and unreel the electrical cord so it will reach the car. It's an ideal product.

I installed my new Giraffe 5/8 90-foot retractable hose bib to the outside wall of my house on August 19th. I also purchased a cover for the hose bib. I am happy to report that the hose has good water pressure and that the retractable hose works just a advertised. So far I am very pleased with this product.

used the washer and spotless system several times, it absolutely works as advertised, not even a ghost of a spot, and we have bad water here in montana. washer is smooth, easy install, my only complaint: soap dispenser wont work(least of my concerns).
with the assortment of tips was able to reach the eaves of the house effectively, wish it had more pressure but ordered the turbo nozzle to help with that.
overall completely satisfied !!!

So far so good. I was tired of plastic hose reels that degrade in the sun replacing them every 3-4 years. Install not too bad but in brick and I do agree with others the 9/16" masonry bit you cant find it. I downsized the redhead anchors to 3/8" and works great. Time will tell how this hose reel holds up. One concern for me is the hose hook up inside the reel which is great but then feeds under a bracket that holds the hose in place. This thing is the perfect setup for an off road/motocross family such as us. We park our dirt bikes and our side by side in the garage. Overall I am really happy with the pressure washer and spot free rinse system. The 100’ hose is much more easy to deal with than my old system of jockeying around a pressure washer, garden hose and electric cord. I never feel like the pressure is to much that it would damage anything on the vehicle. Going from tap water to spot free rinse is simple and the spot free rinse does what it is advertised to do.

When I ordered the reel, a pop up told me I might want to add the metal bracket. I assumed that meant stronger and compatible with my purchase.
However when it arrived I realized it is not at all compatible with the hose reel I purchased.
