We have a post mounted retractable Giraffe hose. It has been great! It was time to replace the leaky hose wheel in the backyard, and I decided to purchase the Giraffe ground mounted retractable 1/2" Giraffe hose since it was getting all the plants on our paver patio. It has also worked great. No leaks, anywhere, and it just works! And works Great !!!

What a fabulous product! The 100' hose is light weight, weighs close to or less that the 75' hose it is replacing, easy to handle, no kinks or pinch points. It coils up easily and well made. The package arrived super-fast and the product is as described. I would recommend this hose to everyone as I am very satisfied.

I love the design of this vacuum cleaner, looks so nice in my newly remodeled garage. Looks even better on my wall. After using the vacuum, it works just as described by Giraffe. Thank you!

This would be the 3rd washer I’ve received from them. Loved everyone of them. I have one on each side of my garage so I can wash the bike, truck or jeep from any spot.

Everything went exactly as they said it would. Timely delivery, packed very well, easy to install and the vacuum is powerful and quiet. Frees up a lot to floor space from shop vacs, hoses and accessories. I’m pleased.

My husband bought one for our back yard two years ago, and our Giraffe hose is wonderful! We have the 155 foot one, and it reaches clear across the yard. I decided to buy a second one for the front yard. It is a Christmas gift for my husband, so we haven't gotten it out yet, but if it is as awesome with our first Giraffe, we will be thrilled!

I had my doubts on how a high pressure hose would wind up easily. I have no more doubts. This thing is great. Sure beats the fight of trying to roll it up by hand. This had made washing a car a lot easier and a whole lot faster. Buy it. You can’t do without it.

Great product! This nozzle works the best of any we have tried. The hose reels are the bomb also. Very easy to operate and we are not lugging around a heavy hose

The wall mounted vacuum is a solid setup. Hose is long enough and enough suction. I have a recommended change any maybe another accessory. It is a bit too deep. W pups have loved if it was 2-3 inches not as deep. It sticks off the wall too far. Also for car detailing, are there any flexible or small attachments that I could use to get into those tight spots? The handle is large and touch to move around in the car.

I saw the website for this and knew that's what I have been looking for. Nice quality unit and fairly easy to install, needed help getting it on mounting bracket as it is a solid piece of equipment.

Only thing I would change is which side the "pretty side' was on. Maybe I missed it in the description. Now the side with the bolt is what I always see. But the actual product is amazing

Great customer service, Had 2 months of warranty left and the unit was not repairable so they offered me the upgraded machine for $105.00. New upgraded one has more pressure and working great so far.

Did not want to actually screw into the brick so I made a stainless steel mount for the unit. So far no complaints.

It looks and works great, the only problem is I can’t get the hose holder to attach, but it isn’t a big problem for me, I think it is a great product, thank you.

Wonderful product. My frustration is that the USPS package arrived torn open and only one of the two items remained inside. I would chalk this off as a one-off event but with every Giraffee and Gitryin order, every one of them, something was wrong with either a failed unit, wrong product shipped, etc. Love the products, hate the shipping and delivery experience.

The retractable garden hose is a nice tool to have in my barn. I can clean my lawn mowers and water my garden without fighting with and maneuvering an old fashion water hose. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you

The power washer is performing as expected, but I have only had it for a week. The only thing is that waiting so long to get it delivered it was delayed three times. Installation was super easy took less than an hour. Its so nice not to be managing extension cords and hoses all at the same time. It always took me more time to set up my other power washer than it takes to clean my entire patio now. One minor issue was ensuring that I had a dedicated power outlet. The washer uses 15AMP's so if it on a braker that's only rated to 15 AMP's and something else is drawing power it will trip the breaker. Overall great product.

Really nice design. The unit mounts nicely on the wall. It is quiet and has good output for its size. I will say washing the cars just got easier. The retractable hose is so easy to use.

Once I saw that Giraffe Tools offered a fully stainless steel hose reel, it was something I had to have. Rust-proof, nice easy hand-reel, and doesn’t need a cover. I haven’t mounted it yet. I just removed my old GT automatic reel-in hose and will mount it at the back of the house. 👍

I purchased the mobile wheel kit half the hardware was missing. This is the third item that the company makes haven’t had any issues and all the rest. The products are great. I also ordered a 50 foot extension hose, which is not an extension hose. It’s a replacement hose so we have to put fittings and adapters together to extend the length was not clear in the ordering instructions. Very happy with the product once it was set up very easy good quality fasteners missing is definitely a quality ...

Love it so much, it is now my 3rd one! Great gift for a new homeowner, and the convenience of not having to reel a hose again is priceless! I also purchased one initially from Frontgate, and their version leaked within the first few months. The quality of this one is so much better - in every way! VERY VERY happy with my purchases

I installed the 5/8th 90 ft hose reel three days ago so I can't speak to longevity yet but aside from that, I'm very happy with the unit. I mounted mine next to a fence post on a 4x6 teated post resting on a concrete pad. This let's the aluminum fence post anchored in concrete provide solid support with 2 5" deck screws from the front and 3 3 ½" deck screws through the back, holding the reel firmly in place. It's not going anywhere. The reel works like a champ! Pulling 30' - 45' of hose is eas...

The 5/8” outside diameter hose was smaller than I wanted, but it’s the largest offered. Yes, pressure is less than a 5/8” inside diameter hose, but with a 90 foot hose I don’t need as much pressure. I can get to the places I want watered. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this hose doesn’t kink. I chalk it up to the smaller diameter. Shipping took longer than expected because they’re selling out but overall, I would say it was worth the wait and the price. If you hate coiling hoses as...

Only reason not for five stars is I haven’t used it a whole summer yet to put it to the full test. BUT I LOVE IT! It pulls/ retracts so smoothly, the stop on the brake works well. The nozzle is comfortable in your hand and being able to adjust the flow easily with your thumb is a lot nicer than a trigger squeeze, the different settings are excellent as well. The shower setting is my favorite for my large garden. I originally ordered the 1/2” but realized quickly it was not enough pressure for sp...

My husband and I could not be happier with this hose. We were so tired of having to wind up our old hose every day after watering but this retractable hose solved that issue! We have been using this hose daily for about 2 months and have had no problems so far!
