This vacuum is so powerful and convenient. The wall mount is so easy to use. Great suction with very handy attachments that remains conveniently right beside the vacuum in their own storage bracket. I love this product and would highly recommend it.

the power washer work great. It is easy to unwind and rewind. Plenty of water pressure to clean the dock and boat. The various angle tips are easy to install and remove, and I love that they are attached to the wand arm. My only complaint is the installation, the instructions were wrong in areas and poorly written. As I am an older homeowner I have installed and assembled many things over my life so this came in very handy. For a beginner installation may be a lot more difficult, just be a...

It works perfectly. I am a senior and lifting and pulling hoses was getting to be too much work. It took 5 minutes to install and reaches as far as I needed. Thank you. Dale

I couldn’t be happier with the Giraffe Tools Retractable Garden Hose Reel (5/8 in., 90 ft). This is my second - I also own the 100 ft x 1/2" model for about two years. The build quality is excellent—very sturdy, smooth operation, and clearly designed to last. The hose retracts evenly and effortlessly with no kinks or tangles, which makes cleanup quick and frustration‑free. The mounting hardware was solid and installation was straightforward. Once installed, the reel swivels smoothly, making it e...

We love our retractable hoses! We have one in the garage and one in our back yard. The 100 foot hose is great for watering all our flowers throughout our yard. No more having to wind up the long hose. The garage hose is perfect for washing our cars. Having it retractable makes for quick clean up and storage. And it’s made of quality parts! I highly recommend Giraffe Tools US!

Installation was simple although the anchors for the bracket I substituted for heavy concrete anchors specially for brick. Have used the hose reel a few times thus far and have been delighted with the operation. Exactly what I had expected. Will be looking to compliment this reel with another for the backyard and pool area.

Exceeded my expectations. Love the construction, for and finish. Let’s see how she holds up but at first glance I am very happy.

I installed the 5/8th 90 ft hose reel three days ago so I can't speak to longevity yet but aside from that, I'm very happy with the unit. I mounted mine next to a fence post on a 4x6 teated post resting on a concrete pad. This let's the aluminum fence post anchored in concrete provide solid support with 2 5" deck screws from the front and 3 3 ½" deck screws through the back, holding the reel firmly in place. It's not going anywhere. The reel works like a champ! Pulling 30' - 45' of hose is eas...

I love almost everything about this set up. The 100’ hose is one of my favorite parts! Everything works as it should. There are a few things I dislike. It sits a little close to the wall for me to easily remove the sprayer without scraping it against the wall and the tips falling out. The pressure definitely can’t compare to a gas unit but that was to be expected before purchasing. There is a significant delay in pressure when you first pull the trigger. As long as you keep the trigger pulled th...

So far I’m loving it. Makes pressure washing as enjoyable and convenient as it can. It has good pressure and the 100 ft hose is fantastic. The only downside for me is I wish it had just a bit more flow. It has the pressure to remove stubborn dirt but just lacks amount of flow to really wash it away. Don’t get me wrong it still works great and I wouldn’t tell anyone not to get one. I wish Giraffe would sell extension hoses. The 100 ft is great but I need just the little bit more to reach all ...

Ordered in March 2026 but just got installed today after opening pool. Will work great to simplify cleaning deck and watering plants and flowers all around the area with our having to coil up a loose hose out of the way after each use! Plus adding water into pool in the heat of summer. I just hope the plastic case holds up thru the hot summer sun! Will be in sun all day.

Customer video review of Retractable Garden Hose Reel-1/2in-155ft

Christian H.

The hose reel arrived at my house cracked open a little bit as if the shipping played hacky sack with it. Upon opening, the unit seemed pretty straightforward in assembly, but I did notice the belt inside the unit was off the drive. The aforementioned belt is white and attaches to help the hose reel in left to right to help the hose not just roll too much in one way. I was unsure if the belt was off until I used the tool a couple of times. I genuinely feel the product is great, but again, I find...

The hose works great. It was easy to install and the hose connections went together well with no leaks at all. Super easy to stretch it out for use then walking it back.

I love all the tools that you guys make I have the hose. I have the pressure washer and now I have the extension cord very good products. I recommend them to everyone. My next purchase is gonna be another 100 foot hose rail for my spring time activities thanks for all your products and support.

Only bad thing is the installation process for US homes. The wall achores where useless for a sheet rock garage. I would of like to see the wall mount bracket in one single piece of medal. That way you don't have to measure anything. Also, would like to see mount holes be drilled to the standard wall studs of 16" on center. It's impossible to use your wall anchors.

We were in need of the four days after it arrived. It worked well and the cord is just long enough ...so might need to add a few inches if the vehicle is larger. Thankful for some a handy item.

I purchased 4 of the 90’ models and located them at the front and back of the house and at the boat dock. They all look great and operate just as good as they look. My next purchases will be power cord and compressed air hose reels. Great product.

When ordering, we noticed we meant to order with the remote. Contacted them immediately to stop the transaction so we could upgrade and pay the difference to have the remote. Didn’t get a response for 3 days and by then, it was in transit. Was told I would have to pay $30 to ship back the vac and another $40 or more to upgrade to the remote. That isn’t cool! They should answer their customer emails more swiftly and these types of mishaps will be resolved in a matter of minutes. No worries! You c...

I absolutely love this hose reel . I bought the metal bracket extra with it . It was so easy to mount and hose catches very easy to stop the pull at proper distance . This is by far the best hose reel I've ever owned . Thanx Girraff tools .

Retractable Garden Hose Reel 62ft-155ft

We bought not one but 2 retractable hoses. As we aged it was getting tougher and tougher to wind the traditional hoses up especially with large lengths…the Girraffe rewinds, has great pressure and was easy to install. Basic set of tools is all you need to having a hassle free hose experience!

I LOVE this machine! I had the regular model before this, and it was great too. It lasted for years, and I used it all the time. When it finally gave out, I decided to upgrade to the Pro model, just for added PSI. I'm so glad I did. It was more expensive, and I really didn't need any more PSI than what I had, but now that I have it, I regret not buying it to begin with. It's fantastic, not to mention the Pro model is whisper quiet compared to the regular model. The noise never bothered me...

Part fixed issue. Love the hose reel and hose just a shame it needed a repair after 2 1/2 years with minimal usage. At least I received correct part and not to pricey.

Great unit and works flawlessly. the wall anchors that come with the unit a terrible but I found studs which are better anyway for the weight of the unit. Comes with everything you'll need to run except water.

It’s perfect! It sits on the wall of the garage close to the door. Washed the car yesterday and cleaned the driveway. Compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room, but the pressure is great.

I purchase one retractable hose reel each year for the past 5 yrs. I need one more to finish the whole area which I will get next summer. Easy install and great product BUT—this one had a problem in that one screw holding on the base to the reel was impossible to UNSCREW to be able to position the wall mount. We made it work with the help of another person.

I attached my Giraffe extension, connected the hose in the reel and have it all set to go. I thought I needed a slightly longer hose but found it reaches the roses on me sister- in- laws side. At my age the lightness is nice and I may not ever need a replacement. jcmiller

Great homeowner pressure washer. Low volume and not super high pressure, a little less output than the manual car wash. But the compact design, retractable hose and knowing you can't do paint damage to your car kinda makes up for it. It does have a straight stream attachment that will do damage, so be careful.

Although all of the different products we ordered from Giraffetools.com were very useful your marketing of relentless emails caused me to think my orders were not processed and I ended up ordering four of the power strip bundle PSA0308US-4 and only wanted two. Requested help on returning the extra products for a refund, and this also proved to be futile as I was not sure w...
