Overall very well done. Soft hose coils a bit too much when under pressure and you have more than 2o feet or so unwound. Maybe add a more swivel connection to the wand... or maybe that's available will call to find out

Very nice hose reel with a good auto feed guide that makes rolling up the hose easier. The stainless does have some sharper edges, so be careful when installing it. We mounted it on an exterior stucco wall using third party anchor bolts. The main issue I had was installing my older hose so that it did not kink. I ended up purchasing a flexible ss leader hose. I bought two carts. Very happy with the quality of the materials . The assembly was simple . The first cart works perfect. The hose reel on the second cart is off-center and causes the belt to sit at an angle and rub. It does not seem to be a major problem right now, but I anticipated it to break prematurely from excessive wear. I would still recommend this product.

Seems like a great product. I don’t understand your wall anchors at all they’re rediculous. You recommend a 5/16 drill tin install anchors in. It’s too big they spin in the drywall. The unit seems very nice though

The bracket that holds the unit to the wall mount has a hole on top and bottom to secure unit with a provided bolt. One of the holes is threaded for the bolt, the other is not. I had to get my own bolt and nut to install. Not major, but disappointed. Made in china. (again, disappointed)

Awesome product, so far. 115 ft, 5/8 hose pretty much reaches my whole back yard. Easy to mount. Should be easy to winterize, just pull the hinge pin and the whole unit comes off.

Works very well. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the hold down stakes are not quite strong enough for hard ground and tend to bend when hammered in. Also the front access cover does not mount firmly and tends to fall off. This is my second purchase from Giraffe and I am pleased with both overall.

The Grandfalls pressure washer has been a great addition for cleaning everything from the driveway and garden tools and equipment. I love the fact that it is so easy to use. It could have a bit more psi. If not for that, I would have given it five stars. Overall it is an amazing product!!!

However, I found the mounting of the unit troublesome in that the rear mounting plates were difficult to insert into the wall brackets without removing the rubber cushions which do not appear to have any function other than to frustrate the installer. Also, the hose rewind function does not coil the hose such that the last 3-4' of hose can be rewound without manually manipulating the positioning of the hose, which took several attempts to accom...
