I got the water hose real hooked up next to my pressure washer. The reason why I gave them 4 stars was that they both leaked water at the inlet hose. No matter how tight I tightened them they leaked. To find out they both have real cheap washers and so I bought some thicker washers and it fixed the problem. Other then that they both work great.

This cover i bought is because the hose reel is bolted to My block wall and will be in the Arizona sun for a better part of the day . I’d rather have to buy a replacement cover than a new hose reel . As we all know , in the summer the sun in Az. is deadly .

Easy set up, very convenient wall mount. Hose reel awesome and locks/unlocks as claimed. Pressure washed windows and seals using the white tip and was please. Didn’t think the motor would be as loud. However, liked the pressure so far. Though tips are not stamped with degree as promoted or most have. Figured it out. Will know more once I can get to my vehicles. Spring storms in Midwest.

These water hoses are great. I just purchased a third one because I like them so much. The last two didn't break, someone came into my yard and damaged both of them. Now I take them into my storage room at night. They have brass fittings, washers and nothing has to be done but attach it to the faucet. Bought this vac for my garage. Now its a lot easier to keep the cars clean and the garage floor clean also. Little larger then i thought, i used uni-strut to mount to the studs in the wall and then mounted the vac to the uni-strut . A lot stronger than mounting to 2 studs. I bought one stick of narrow uni-strut and cut it in half, this way i was able to screw to several studs making the connection.

I really like the giraffe tools hose reel. But I would offer one suggestion that you don’t sell the option with the plastic bracket because the plastic is eventually going to crack or fail. I think you only need to sell the hose reel with the metal bracket. That is my opinion and that is my feedback.

Fantastic product. We started off with the 115 ft 5/8 inch hose and added the 1/2 inch longer hose for a different location on the property. The pressure washer was easy to install and came with quality hardware. I use it for about an hour a day cleaning dog kennels. So far so good after a week of use. Pressure is good, reel works nicely. In my case when I put nozzles in the nozzle holder the wand didn’t really fit in the holder, but no big deal I just took them out and it fit. Well made, and I like the rubber collars on the female end and large tabs on the valves makes it easy to turn on and off. No leaks allow me to leave the hose bibb on and control flow from the splitter valves.

used the washer and spotless system several times, it absolutely works as advertised, not even a ghost of a spot, and we have bad water here in montana. washer is smooth, easy install, my only complaint: soap dispenser wont work(least of my concerns). with the assortment of tips was able to reach the eaves of the house effectively, wish it had more pressure but ordered the turbo nozzle to help with that. overall completely satisfied !!!

So far so good. I was tired of plastic hose reels that degrade in the sun replacing them every 3-4 years. Install not too bad but in brick and I do agree with others the 9/16" masonry bit you cant find it. I downsized the redhead anchors to 3/8" and works great. Time will tell how this hose reel holds up. One concern for me is the hose hook up inside the reel which is great but then feeds under a bracket that holds the hose in place. The vacuum works well, and the remote is a nice addition to the handle. It looks clean in the garage. The vacuum has plenty of power and hose stays in place easily. It's nice not having to get a vacuum, plug it in, and unreel the electrical cord so it will reach the car. It's an ideal product.

I installed my new Giraffe 5/8 90-foot retractable hose bib to the outside wall of my house on August 19th. I also purchased a cover for the hose bib. I am happy to report that the hose has good water pressure and that the retractable hose works just a advertised. So far I am very pleased with this product.
