I have to give a 5 star to the customer service of Giraffe tools. I purchased a unit from amazon last year and over the winter one of the parts inside the unit failed. They stopped making the unit I had purchased but offered an upgraded unit to be sent out to me for only the difference in price which was $30.00. The new unit works awesome (just like the previous one) and I couldn't be more than satisfied with these folks.

This is one the BEST hose reels I have ever bought. Very easy to round up I have a 100 foot hose on it. Can pull it all the way out and will not tip over like most of them. Very Very happy with it. It's worth the money.

The problem is I want a cover for the 65’ hose reel and was told to buy a bicycle cover for it. That was a pretty lame suggestion. Please send me a proper cover for it. I can’t seem to find it on line

Very pleased with the product and works very well. I bought the cover for my retractable hose and went on really easy. If there was one thing I would suggest could be better, is the molly bolts could be of better quality. I bought led molly's which worked much better for going into brick. Thanks for making my watering much easier!!

The product is great. The shipping department not so great. I ordered two reels two different times and both times screwed up my order. I did all the leg work getting it shipped back and cost me more money. I still have not received my refund for the second reel. I guess I just don’t understand how it works. Had a great experience with my first Giraffe retracting hose! The enclosed template made the hole drilling SIMPLE. The parts to secure it were top quality. Everything fit and worked. I was amazed at the ease of operation and immediately fell in love with this product, as I threw away my heavy 50-foot old conventional hose! My gardener is going to love it too. Great product. Will be ordering a few more for the rest of the backyard hoses!

I purchased 3 and they delivered as promised. I made an error and left them out all winter. One small downside is getting parts to fix broken hoses has been found to be problamitic. 2 months and I still dont have functioning washers. Even with that delay I ordered 2 more units for a total of five. They are the most convienant way to quickly manage a property.

I recently purchased 2 of the Giraffe wall mounted reels. There was an option to buy covers for them. I thought not but they mentioned the heat and sun. I am in Florida and everything that's outside tends to dry out, so the covers were a great idea. They were very easy to use and I love how cool they look with them on.

bought this to replace a Stanley that would never rewind correctly. The tension on the return spring in this is ten times stonger than anything I have used before, which is the reason I bought it.
