I purchased the model with the replaceable hose. I previously had the original model with the non-replaceable hose. I knew that hose would eventually fail, which it did. Other than the hose, I loved the first washer. So I was happy to see a replaceable hose model was now availabile. I use the washer with a deionizer tank setup. Love it. Best value for the money. My next choice was twice the cost.

It's Great but, the instructions say to use a 9/16" bit but, you can't buy a 9/16"Masonry bit, they only have 1/2" and the next size it 5/8" then 3/4". I had to use the 1/2" masonry bit and wallow it out, to make it work. So maybe you use a 1/2" type mounting bolt, it would still be plenty big enough.

We purchased: Garden Self-Guiding Hose Reel Cart-Heavy Duty Unfortunately the self guiding layering system's drive belt isn't lining up correctly. It works, but the belt scrapes. The communication about this issue was flawless, prompt and we were sent a replacement unit at no charge. We will keep on buying from Giraffe Tools due to the fact that the company has very good customer service. The reel carts are working well. It is a game changer in terms of handling cumbersome hoses.

It’s a solid product, but it would’ve been helpful to have a setting for full flow and one for a high powered jet spray. Currently, when you need full flow you have to temporarily remove the attachment from the hose, which is a bit of a pain.

Install went ok, but be mindful of some sharp edges. I think it would work better if the long hose connection provided a 90 degree turn to guide the hose toward the clamp. My older hose just keeps kinking shut over the edges. I am buying a flexible SS hose to use as a leader hose, that should fix my issue.

Pressure washer worked great for about 3 months. Then the pump broke. Now it’s been out of service for 2 months waiting for a reply from giraffe tools. Not a good company to resolve issues. So I would recommend buying else where!!! Work on your customer service GIRAFFE TOOLS!!!!

The only complaint I have is the person who came up with the measurement in drilling a hole for the bolt. That has to be the most idiotic measure I have ever seen. 1.96?

I love the 155 ft retractable hose reel I bought. The only thing I wish it had was 2 holes at the lower end of the aluminum pipe holder the reel on the wall mount in order for me to lock it. I would hate to have someone walk up and lift the pipe and take the hose and reel.

i got it hooked up, thought it would have more preasure. It is supposeed to have 2200 lbs preasure doesn't seem to be that much. Bought it thinking it would have the same preasure as a wand car wash but it doesn't. The soap dispenser dosen't work as well as i thought but i was using dish soap and it will probably work better with a regular car soap.

Bought the 100’ model with 1/2” hose. It’s a little tough to pull the hose from the case but other than that it comes with a nice nozzle and retracts well.

Wish the hose would roll up better. It won't roll up all the way on its own. Also it retracts sometimes without me wanting it to while I'm using it (Without me pulling on the hose) other then that it's perfect

I really like the cart in general the one thing I noticed is the belt is severely misaligned but still works. It's like the welded portion of the water inlet is in the wrong spot. It works well just worried the belt will wear out or break eventually.

Like how it works, have to relieve pressure to get it to roll all the way in when done using it,, states that in directions, don’t like that aspect. Also bracket too big to fit on a 4x4 post, another drawback. Otherwise works as advertised.

I like the hose reel, I feel you may consider to put a thick rubbed around bottom of the hose reel. The stainless steel will wear a hole at the bottom part that touches the ground.

Very happy with product. Only issue I had was with the set screw which holds the reel to the mounting base. Screw was so tight that I could not get it out. Had to drill out the screw.
