Would recommend to anyone wanting to start out with a decent pressure washer. Wish I could order without a hose and add my own. The included seems to be of decent quality but other aftermarket options are better. Overall would buy again and am interested in seeing how this company improves over the years.

The hose is great and retracts very well! My only complaint is that the unit doesn’t have an option to sit flat against the wall. I have this on my small patio and it juts out, when it should sit flat when not in use. That’s unattractive plus it takes too much space in a small area.

Let's start with the positives! This thing is super easy to use, and easy to hook up all the connections. It feels like it's pretty well made, and honestly I can say it is really is durable because the hardware it comes with, for mounting it on the wall, is trash and it fell off the wall onto the floor. Ordered the Pro. Love the induction motor. Pretty quiet. The hose is nice. The wand is nice and ergonomic. The mounting hardware is perfect. Would like to see more lag bolts for mounting. Or a mounting bracket that allows for a 16 inch center studs mount on drywall.

Installed today only used for a few minutes but think it will work great for my use, mounted next to garage and using for washing cars only. Not wanting a lot of PSI. Liking the convenience of pulling out hose and turning it on. Not as loud as I expected reading reviews. However, it is outdoors.

I was impressed with the videos and the various size options so i bought 2. Only complaint and or question is how does my 5/8” leader hose to the giraffe 1/2” lose so much pressure at the nozzle? Well we will see if its durable enough to out last the warranty. Simple setup, looks good and will be easy to store for winter

It is okay, not anywhere near as good as I thought it was going to be. Because the cover did not fit it is already getting sun damaged. And because the pivot portion is plastic, it is already sagging. It is still a much better option than a traditional hose and reel it doesn’t fulfill original expectations.
