This is my second Giraffe hose reel. I have liked the first one so much I bought a longer one for the back yard. The self winding and swivel features make it very, very convenient and easy to use.

I bought it with the 75' stainless hose for my wife. She always fights with a regular water hose watering her plants. She loves it! I'm thinking of ordering one for the back yard with the 100' hose.

Exactly what I needed. Trust me, spend the extra money to get this. You get what you pay for and this is everything. I have fake turf in my backyard. Plus I have dogs that pee in my backyard. That means my turf occasionally smells. So I installed this to make it easier to spray down their pee. This reel system simply makes my life easier and more convenient. 10 out of 5 stars. And don’t get me started on the pressure washer system. I could talk about that all day.

Product appears to be very well made. I installed the produce to a stucco and cinder block wall in 30 minutes. I did have to purchase a 7/16 masonry drill bit.

Bought a wall mounted pressure washer last year and loved it untill it started leaking this year. After some trouble shooting saw the casting on the pump had cracked. Contacted customer service by email and was quickly contacted. After a few emails my new unit was on the way, this one is actually an upgrade and i couldn't be happier !!!

We have several reels and hoses from Giraffe tools, and quite frankly, their products blow the competition out of the water. We are very happy with their products and will keep on buying again.

So far it's working great. It was easy to hang. I had a manually-winding box hose reel on the ground, so mounting the giraffe reel has really cleaned up the space nicely.

This is my second reel, the existing reel has work as perscribed with no problems. Very satified with the reel. I expect the same for this now one.
Question after I received the first reel I wrote twice and asked for an extra belt that drives the hose guiding part (as I antisapate the belt to break some day) and did not receive a response. so I request how to order two belts? thank you

I like my first G20, Used it three times, I thought I drained all the water out of it.
And it frozen busted the pump, I tried to find the nearest dealer or serviceman. Finally found a service numbtry to get a hold of somebody I could not. So about a year later, I just seen They had them on sale so I bought a new one

Got this hose as an extension to my pressure washer, now I can reach 200 feet. Enough to go around my house and I am not moving a pressure washer on wheels, the elec. cord and water hose. No more tangled hoses.

I bought two of the hose reels to begin with but loved the quality and look of them so I replaced all of my other ones (five in total). They seem to be built to last, look great, and work incredibly well. I highly recommend this product!

The hose so far has worked well. We installed it off our deck for my wife to water her flowers. The hose does become tougher to pull the further it’s extended but it’s manageable and to be expected. It was worked well so far. The construction seems good. My wife loves it.

I love how easy it is to pull out and reel back up. So much better than my heavy hose reel on wheels. I've only had it installed for 6 days but I'm sold.
My only disappointment is that the warranty period is only 100 days. That is hardly a warrantee at all.

The original winding mechanism on both of my new hose reels failed. The winder part that moves on the screw drive kept skipping and reversing direction on its own, or skipping and not changing direction at all. The new screw drive and changer work great.

Each setup and works great. Fire Dept type spray nozzle appears to have been improved since I purchased my last hose/nozzle. The new once is very easy to use. The old ones I never used. Took them off right away and used an old nozzle. Happy with my purchase

Very durable build, all metal is heavier gauge than many others I’ve had over the years. The retracting feature is the best, superior to every other air hose real I’ve owned. I really appreciate this brand and have several of their products….

Overall I am really happy with the pressure washer and spot free rinse system. The 100’ hose is much more easy to deal with than my old system of jockeying around a pressure washer, garden hose and electric cord. I never feel like the pressure is to much that it would damage anything on the vehicle. Going from tap water to spot free rinse is simple and the spot free rinse does what it is advertised to do.

Love the hose reel but I cannot use the metal bracket that was also on the order.
When I ordered the reel, a pop up told me I might want to add the metal bracket. I assumed that meant stronger and compatible with my purchase.
However when it arrived I realized it is not at all compatible with the hose reel I purchased.

This unit is top of the line in my opinion. No more dragging a big old shop vac around the garage and with the on/off switch in the handle it doesn't get any better.Plenty of hose and attachments.Everything I need in one convenient package.Excellent for cleaning the car and the garage floor.

This thing is the perfect setup for an off road/motocross family such as us. We park our dirt bikes and our side by side in the garage. If we park them in there with dirt and mud caked on them that dirt gets tracked in the house. It was always a pain to drag out the hose, hook up the water, get the large extension cord and then put it all back up. With this machine it's as easy as turn on water , flip the switch and start washing , then when done , turn off water , turn off switch, pull hose and...

We just installed our retractable hose, which worked out very well. I used it for the first time on my flower garden. It works great! There was no problem with retracting the hose. I’m very happy with my purchase.
No more struggles with getting caught up in the hose, no twists or having to manually roll up the hose. Would definitely recommend.

If it is possible to fall in love with a hose, Cupid has struck me with his arrow. It was easy to install my retractable Giraffe hose, and my annoying days of manually untangling and rewinding a 150-ft behemoth are behind me. The retractability is outstanding and even though it's only a 1/2 inch hose, the water pressure is excellent. I'm so happy. I wish I had bought this years ago.

Exactly what we needed. Installation was easy. Swivel provides excellent versatility. And no more fighting with the old hose when try to wrap it up. Being retractable solves that.
Our side yard is narrow and long and back yard deep and long. Being able to use one hose is perfect.
Thank you for a great product.

Robert

Very solid, sturdy construction. Paint finish on box feels like it will last a long time. Love the side cutout handles for ease to move box around. I was expecting to have to assemble in upon arrival, but it came completely together except crank handle and short hose that goes to faucet. Easy peasy!

This is my second Giraffe hose reel. The first lasted 4 years, but did not have a cover and some fittings froze. So with this second purchase I also bought the cover. I expect it to last many more years than the first reel.
