Looked at a lot of options and decided for the money that this is the one to buy. Had it for a week now and I am totally pleased with my decision. It makes using a pressure washer so much easier. I have always washed our vehicles with one and not only this makes it easier, it is saving me a lot of time.

We've used ours for 2 weeks. Large so strong & it's placed on landscape rocks on front of our house. They sent anchors which has worked. Impressed with how great ot works!! I'd struggled with dragging a heavy hose back & forth, as we couldn't leave it across sidewalk. Our old hose would also kink in 1 spot so when watering, it'd stop. I've been wanting one of these for years and finally pulled the trigger and am so happy. I have the 5/8" 115ft model and for where I water I need all of the length. It works great and is so much better than a hose laying on the ground or having to manually roll it back up.

This is the best hose roller hands down. All the plastic rollers eventually break and are not nearly as smooth rolling as this one. I've purchased three to replace all the plastic ones. Thank you for creating a product that actually lasts and is great to use!

This is the second reel I've installed, and my wife loves it. We have one on the side of the house and one in the backyard for her to water her plants with. No more fighting to roll up the hose when she's done! Very happy with them, may order one more for the front of the house.

This is my second and not installed yet. We are now into the second season using our first purchase and absolutely love it. Its very easy for my wife to use when watering all the flower gardens. I enjoy its ease of use as well. Looking forward to geeting the second reel installed on the opposite side of our home. Great products.

I love this hose reel! Only issue I had was it rattled apart after a few uses. But I just used locktite and put it back together and haven't had a problem since.

This is great hose so far. It is very flexible and doesn't kink when dragging it around. I am hopeful that it will stand up to daily use. we irrigate our lawn and horse pasture. If this hose will take it I will buy bunch more of them.

I like but didn't realize I need a bigger post to mount it to my fence. So, the project is on hold until I can get a bigger post. Do you have any recommendations on mounting a post to a fence or if you don't recommend that procedure?

It came really fast, the problem I had was the inserts that were shipped was for a solid surface not a hollow wall, the inserts fell inside the wall even though I drilled 1/2inch hole. So off to Ace Hardware to get the right parts. The unit works good, but when you near the end length it is difficult to pull. I can only hope the hose doesn’t break, it sure is nice to roll up!

I love this hose reel. Its great looking and does exactly as described. The spool is super smooth and easy to pull. The only downside is you have to use the hose that is supplied within the casing and you cant change. The hose that is supplied is great quality but be nice to use hose of my choice. Overall i highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Spotless × Grandfalls setup for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly awesome. The deionized water gives a spotless rinse every time, and switching back to normal pressure for foam cannon or general cleaning is super easy. Great quality hose reel. Will buy another 1 for outfront of my house. Hose could be a little better quality. Other downside was I had to make a swivel mount for mine. Took some thinking and planning. Uses a boat swivel 12 position locking mounting plate.
