Love the hose and reel and look forward to a long term relationship. Did not love the fact that I wasn’t informed it was a preorder until I checked out at the time of purchase.

I love this thing. It's every thing the videos say it is. The ease of use is well worth the money for this machine. I would recommend it to anyone.

This charging station is terrific! No more tangled cables, no more struggling with underpowered charging stations. Each retractable module on the station (there are four) can provide 40W of output through the retractable cord or the plug on the front. Also, there are four grounded outlets on the back allowing you to power your computer, monitor, etc.
All in all, this is a great station! Highly recommend.

I enjoy the fact that they offer a cover for my hose reel. Although I enjoy the use of velcro for easy on and off, I genuinely feel the material could have been more durable or constructed like a dry bag would be for camping. The fact that they opted to use a fabric that seems to be about 1 mil thick, I'm unsure how long this will last.

I am a believer in easier. And, this product makes reeling in, storage and usage of a hose, safe, easy and convenient. It is also esthetically pleasing to the outside of your home.
No more messing with square boxes, half circles or hoses in a pile. Or those fake self-retracting hoses. It is relatively easy to mount to a stone house. It took me about 45 minutes a reel. I cannot vouch for longevity yet, because I've only owned it a few weeks. I can say it's worth the money and time to install.

This hose reel was easy to install on an existing post. I would purchase a second if it was ground mountable for use in another location in my yard. It will be interesting to see how long this hose reel lasts. My old one, which operated solely by water pressure and not a spring, lasted about 18 years.

The products are excellent, but customer service is horrible. It took one month to get my product. Many left phone messages and emails.
No one would ever return my calls, finally almost four weeks I received a email help and my product was mailed. Be prepared they never answer the phone or reply back. They really need to focus on customer service.

I almost never write reviews, but after trying some other cheap hose reels, I have to say this one is fantastic. Heavy duty, I'm sure it will last for years. Very little assembly, which was a huge plus for an old lady. Excellent quality - something that's becoming rare these days.

I love the product but the customer service is non existent. I called 3 days in a row, left messages for someone to return my call. No one ever called. Then I left another message that I would appreciate the chance to speak to someone before I left a bad review, still no contact. I do like the product however.

I just installed my fourth reel. These hose reels have transformed how I can care for my lawn and gardens. I can attend each side of my home with a simple pull of the 100 ft hose and spray chemicals, wash and clean areas and then simply let it reel back in. I have had no leaking. The hoses get blown out in fall when our sprinklers are closed and it has been great.

Power washing the top of my SUV used to require a short ladder. With this pivoting coupler I can stand on the ground. It also allows for precise direction of flow without having to position myself to direct the flow. Good investment.

We bought this to replace the vacuum in our garage. What we like about it is the 30’ retractable hose, the variety of attachments, and the industrial-grade build. Should last for many years to come!

Really impressed with this product! The hose reel retracts easily and doesn’t take up much space. It makes cleaning my driveway so much easier. Worth every penny.

Use it daily at our shop. Love that it mounts right to the wall and that the hose is retractable. Makes washing cars and keeping the shop clean way easier. Also good cuts down on water usage. Considering buying a second for home.

Very happy with ALL of my giraffe tool products!
Both hoses very straight forward and easy to install. I would add the covers are a must if you live in places like Florida or Arizona where we get lots of sun.

Very pleased with this reel. I plan to mount on the side of my house, however have not yet mounted as i am having problems with finding the studs!! [Apparently 16 inch stud space was a mere ‘’suggestion” to whomever built this house back in 1978! :-)].
Anyway, was very impressed with the delivery time, and especially the sturdy, commercial grade structure of the unit. The Retractable Reel feature is soooo smooth and far easier than hand cranking required from competitive solutions.

The Giraffe retractable hose reel is easy to install on the mount. It is the answer to no longer having to un-kink hoses. The casing is built well and retracts nicely.

I recently purchased 2 of the Giraffe wall mounted reels. There was an option to buy covers for them. I thought not but they mentioned the heat and sun. I am in Florida and everything that's outside tends to dry out, so the covers were a great idea. They were very easy to use and I love how cool they look with them on.

The G20 pressure washer is just what I needed in my garage. I was skeptical at first but after installing and using for the first 2 weeks it performs better than I expected. I am very pleased with this all in one pressure washer! I would highly recommend this unit. The perfect car washer!

I had been looking for the right hose reel with a 5/8” hose and over 100 feet. This one was perfect for my needs. It was easy to install, even on concrete blocks. I will be ordering a second one soon. Excellent quality product and fast shipping!

Product cover seems fine, which I haven’t used yet because I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be complete. You can never talk to anyone. You leave messages upon messages and emails to customer service with no reply back. Horrible service. I have never experienced such bad service from a business.

Installed Washer and tested. Everything worked find. Only problem I encountered was with the wall anchors. The bolt went out the side instead of spreading. Instead of mounting the washer on sheetrock I mounted the bracket to a board and just put the bolts in the board.
Only con is there is no ON/OFF symbols on the washer so I had to guess the position.

I purchased 3 of these hose reels last year - Most of the time the hose goes in and out no problem. On one, the hose will not retract., I contacted Giraffe Tools and it took a little while (4-Stars), I received an email stating they were shipping me a replacement. It is great when a company honors its warranties - I would buy from them again based on this.

The original order came with a kink in the exact spot where the hose sits on the steel hoop on the hose cart wheel I also purchased. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful, and they replaced the hose with no trouble. Now the entire setup works perfectly and better than any other hose/reel combo I've ever purchased.

Love this, Use it on my bedside table. Before it was a mess, Cables and USB chargers taking up plugs that had to be switched out because there were not enough plugs to fit all at once. Now more than enough AC plugs to use a bedside lamp, heating blanket or anything else. The USB Chargers are a game changer. Laptop, iPhone, Headphones, USB light, USB Fan all charging at once with enough plugs for more. Love the retractable cords and the extra USB plugs if you need a long cord. The mess is gone a...

I have so enjoyed having this pressure washer mounted close to my cars. It is so much more convenient than dragging my old pressure washer out of the barn, having to unwind to unhook my garden hose then hook it to the pressure washer, then unwind the wand hose. Then having to either get the gas can or find the outdoor extension cord whichever pressure washer I needed. Now, I am up and running in just a few minutes. It saves so much time and effort! The cord is nice and long and I no longer have ...

Finally got to install the washer in my garage. Got to wash two of my cars tonight. Works well and impressed with the sound level. Only concern it makes a squeaking noise when you let off of the trigger. Is that a normal sound?

I really like how this product pulls everything together for auto detailing. Was going to put something together on my own that was $1,500. I have only used it a couple of times so far but at this point, it is exceeding my expectations. During the installation process, I had the fitting that attaches the garden hose to the unit backwards. Called customer service and left a message. Got a call back within 5 minutes and the rep knew exactly what I was doing wrong. I rarely write reviews but ...
