This is a really great shop vac and looks good where I have installed it. I agree with one poster who said the brackets that hold the vac to the wall need to be spaced 16" apart to align with studs in US houses. Also, the screw anchors are totally worthless in drywall so I took 2 pre-treated 1x8's and cut them 24" long, put 1 over the other and screwed them into the studs, to make a very sturdy 'wall mount'. Originally I wrote the review below after the first use and was really aggravated so I need to edit my review. After notifying the company's customer service they walked me through some tips to rectify the issues I was having. The customer service I received was awesome and fixed the issues rendering my first issues null and void. Great pressure washer and use all the time with being so handy to use. I had to return mine after a year because the hose split and they did replace the whole unit. You can change the 100’ hose if it blows but there is another hose that goes inside the unit that the 100’ hose connects to and it cannot be replaced and why they sent me a new unit. I suggest pulling out the 100’ hose and where the hose connects to that little hose make sure to secure it so that it does not rub when pulling hose in ...

Not too difficult to install as long as you have the right tools. I love that the reel is fully covered and automatic. We got this because our dogs chewed through two hoses we had before that were fully exposed. We didnt want to get a manual hand crank reel so we decided to splurge and im glad we did! I also really like that the reel can turn to either side for easy use. I have purchased four of these reels. Two I used right away and I love them. I stored two of the reels until I needed to replace some of my other reels. Recently, I opened the box to use another reel and discovered a screw was missing. I have called customer service three times and no one called me back. We had a Grandfalls Pressure Washer PRO that ruptured/split the hose at the base. We uploaded pictures and the serial number to customer service. We were contacted and asked to confirm the issue. We agreed that it should be simple for us to make the fix. Instead, the support contact Elvira made sure we received a replacement unit (there is no way we could have fixed it easily on our own).
