I’ve had for 5 months. Super impressed with quality, ease, time saving and just awesome this pressure washer is! I use to lug the gas one around, hook hose up, fill with gas, uncoil pressure washer hose just to wash a car. So much faster with this!

I can't comment on the long term use of the Girrafe garden hose as I have recently received it and had by my handyman install it. He said it was easy to install and the hose mechanism is strong and sturdy and everything is high quality. I am thrilled with this hose. It is so comfortable and so much easier than carrying a standard hose around the garden and fixing a kink was frustrating. It is now easy to pull and I like that you can swing it on the hinge at different angles! I also like the di...

I have to give a 5 star to the customer service of Giraffe tools. I purchased a unit from amazon last year and over the winter one of the parts inside the unit failed. They stopped making the unit I had purchased but offered an upgraded unit to be sent out to me for only the difference in price which was $30.00. The new unit works awesome (just like the previous one) and I couldn't be more than satisfied with these folks.

Just a thought. When I use it to suck up water the collection container gets heavy to drain. Have you ever thought of putting a drain in the collection tray.

Very heavy duty (and heavy tool!) now hangs on my workshop wall. No more hoses running across the floor for me to trip over. Much quieter than my shop vac, longer hose now reaches everywhere in my shop. Good suction and a good selection of wands, brushes, etc.

I thought it was going to be thicker but it looks just like the picture and covers the hose reel well. My hose sits in the direct sun so we shall see how well it holds up.

The Giraffe retractable hose reel is easy to install on the mount. It is the answer to no longer having to un-kink hoses. The casing is built well and retracts nicely.

I recently purchased 2 of the Giraffe wall mounted reels. There was an option to buy covers for them. I thought not but they mentioned the heat and sun. I am in Florida and everything that's outside tends to dry out, so the covers were a great idea. They were very easy to use and I love how cool they look with them on.

The G20 pressure washer is just what I needed in my garage. I was skeptical at first but after installing and using for the first 2 weeks it performs better than I expected. I am very pleased with this all in one pressure washer! I would highly recommend this unit. The perfect car washer!

The Giraffe Tools hose reel functions as described and looks just great mounted in our back yard. We’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, but it seems to be a quality product!

I had been looking for the right hose reel with a 5/8” hose and over 100 feet. This one was perfect for my needs. It was easy to install, even on concrete blocks. I will be ordering a second one soon. Excellent quality product and fast shipping!

Great product! I have a couple of them and this is by far the best electric pressure washer on the market. If you are thinking about buying one, just do it because you will be happy.

Your product was recommended by my brother and he ordered his Giraffe hose on Amazon so I ordered a Giraffe hose on Amazon also. When the hose arrived I started using it and was surprised at how bad it was and was completely bugged with my brother. I went back to the packaging and realized it was not a Giraffe at all but a very cheap hose from a supplier to Amazon. I called Amazon and was given a credit but they could not send me the Giraffe (which I did not understand). I paid 60.00 for ...

Really loving the unit so far. The only comment I would make is, that I wish that the connector hose from the mains to the unit was a bit longer. I could not use the one provided and had to purchase a longer hose.

I purchased this item after seeing a review by IMJOSHV on You Tube. I wanted a unit that contained all the elements needed for a pressure washer including the hose. After installing the unit on an outer wall on my patio, I've found the pressure washer an absolute joy to work with. The feature I appreciate the most is the 65ft. auto-retracting built-in hose, which is so very easy to pull out and retract back into the unit. The GPM and PSI are ideal for car detailing, which was my purpose for buyi...

Bought the unit because of its compact size and wall mount and am not disappointed. Already used it a few times since I got it and am very pleased with the pressure it produces, certainly meets my needs around the house and the cars!

Fantastic product... this is my 4th unit purchased... I have 2 for myself and 2 for my 75 year old mother... We both love the retractible aspect. The units are easy to use and light weight now its no problem to enjoy watering your yard again. I would encourage anyone who in thinking about this product to get one you will love it like we do...

bought this to replace a Stanley that would never rewind correctly. The tension on the return spring in this is ten times stonger than anything I have used before, which is the reason I bought it. I just hope it lasts. Time will tell. other wise very well made and easy to install. From the reveiws I have read the customer service on this is very good. The reason I chose this brand.

I am a licensed home improvement contractor. I installed a giraffe retractable water hose for a new client and immediately went home and ordered one. The piece of plastic junk I wrestled with from Home Depot went to the curb! Seriously you can’t go wrong with this.

I just got to use it for the first time this week and I love it! I detail cars a lot and it saves so much time having a pressure washer you don’t have to setup before use. Has plenty of power, and was worth the money. Very satisfied!

I purchased a Vevor retractable hose reel about 3 weeks ago, as soon as it arrived I could tell the quality wasn't there, I unreeled it and it wouldn't retract all the way and internals are cheap plastic, I did some research and read a lot of reviews and ordered the Giraffe retractable, It arrived quickly and I've been using it for about a week now and it appears to be everything I need, Nice quality, smooth reeling in and out. Just so much better than the Vevor that I ordered before the Giraff...

Freaking awesome! I use to pull out my gas powered pressure washer and have to deal with the hose, gas, moving it around, etc. Now I flip a switch, pull the hose and get to work! Retracts just as easy! Time saving, powerful, and space saving!

It’s great ! The problem is I want a cover for the 65’ hose reel and was told to buy a bicycle cover for it. That was a pretty lame suggestion. Please send me a proper cover for it. I can’t seem to find it on line

A+5 STAR COMPANY. IT IS SO NICE TO DEAL WITH A GOOD COMPANY THAT FOLLOW THRU WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE. I purchased a pressure washer with 100' hose in May of 2023, it worked great until may 2025, 8 days before the 2 yr guarantee ran out. After a short online form with proof of purchase, I promptly received a brand new improved replacement. Great product/ Great company Thank you.. Randall McFarland

I purchased 3 and they delivered as promised. I made an error and left them out all winter. One small downside is getting parts to fix broken hoses has been found to be problamitic. 2 months and I still dont have functioning washers. Even with that delay I ordered 2 more units for a total of five. They are the most convienant way to quickly manage a property. Fix the parts issue!

Was very pleased with everything. Just as advertised. Easy to follow instructions. The template was accurate, and mounting the retractable hose unit was very simple and easy. Testing it out, it works perfect. The retractable feature and swivel mount is going to stay neat. No more messy and kicked hose. I purchased a 2nd one right away. Sincerely Happy, Ronnie Erickson

This is one the BEST hose reels I have ever bought. Very easy to round up I have a 100 foot hose on it. Can pull it all the way out and will not tip over like most of them. Very Very happy with it. It's worth the money.

It's a great design and doesn't leak! I located mine in the horse barn and provides water for horses, washdown and general cleanup. The 5/8 hose diameter creates water volume and pressure. Very happy with the purchase.

Very pleased with the product and works very well. I bought the cover for my retractable hose and went on really easy. If there was one thing I would suggest could be better, is the molly bolts could be of better quality. I bought led molly's which worked much better for going into brick. Thanks for making my watering much easier!!

The product is great. The shipping department not so great. I ordered two reels two different times and both times screwed up my order. I did all the leg work getting it shipped back and cost me more money. I still have not received my refund for the second reel. I guess I just don’t understand how it works. I probably will not be ordering anything from you again. Thank You for your time

This is the best hose roller hands down. All the plastic rollers eventually break and are not nearly as smooth rolling as this one. I've purchased three to replace all the plastic ones. Thank you for creating a product that actually lasts and is great to use!

Had a great experience with my first Giraffe retracting hose! The enclosed template made the hole drilling SIMPLE. The parts to secure it were top quality. Everything fit and worked. I was amazed at the ease of operation and immediately fell in love with this product, as I threw away my heavy 50-foot old conventional hose! My gardener is going to love it too. Great product. Will be ordering a few more for the rest of the backyard hoses!

Received the retractable hose unit and we love it! So much easier! We have a big piece of property so lots of flower beds distanced apart and was difficult to maneuver two-three hoses from spot to spot! With this retractable hose we can go from flower beds to flower beds with much more ease and when finished the hose goes back into it's unit easily with no dragging and pulling.

I love the retractable hose, no more struggling with the hose. Looks so much better than the hose all over the place. It works well, like it should. Another feature is that it is ground mounted. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the second reel I've installed, and my wife loves it. We have one on the side of the house and one in the backyard for her to water her plants with. No more fighting to roll up the hose when she's done! Very happy with them, may order one more for the front of the house.
