Love this, Use it on my bedside table. Before it was a mess, Cables and USB chargers taking up plugs that had to be switched out because there were not enough plugs to fit all at once. I appreciate all the help and quick response, never expected for them to replace this unit, but they did. My wife has one in front and back of house, now my wife wants another on the side of the house. I will make sure I buy another one of these great products.

Love how flexible this hose is. Most extension hoses are very rigid and hard to maneuver around the job site, but this one is way better. I put quick-disconnects on it so that it is easier to store when I don't need the extra length. Would definitely recommend! THANKS DAVE

I recently purchased the 5/8 x 90’ retractable hose reel. The process from start (purchasing online) to finish the installation, was a breeze. The reel appears to be well built and should last for years. Unfortunately, after one month I did run into a problem with the recoil guide it stopped moving from side to side. A short email to customer service and the reel was replaced and at my doorstep three days later. Now how often does that happen!

Washer worked great when washing vehicles. The whole unit seems to be great quality apart from the gun itself. It feels like cheap plastic prone to breaking. Very powerful and rarely had to wait for the unit to build up pressure. Based on 1st use I’d say it’s a great buy.

I don't yet have a ton of experices with it yet, but it seems well made. I have one issue with the wal mounting bracket. The area surroung the nut head is too small to use a socket well as it gets jammed, so I had to use a box wrench. I installed it in a narrow space on the front of our house in Detroit, to somewhat hide it from theft, so using the box wrench was a bit difficult.

Great product! Suction is great and did a really good job of cleaning up the sawdust from cutting a two by four to mount the vacuum. The retractable hose is really nice. Works very well and as advertised. Total setup time was about 2.5 hours. This is not a shop vac, you will not pick up heavy metal pieces but it will clean your car and garage floor of dirt and small crud.

Absolutely perfect! The only issue is that I needed a wider variety of cables and had to order a 5th separate charger to get all that I needed (USB-C, lightning, and micro-USB). Other than that it’s perfect….takes up very little space and keeps the cords out of sight. Wife approved too!

this is the second unit I purchased. It is a smaller version of the other one, therefore a shorter hose and smaller housing. Since it does not get as much use as the larger unit, it works just fine. Only had it for 30 days but so far it is working well. The tension spring for rewind is just as strong as the larger unit.
