Looked at a lot of options and decided for the money that this is the one to buy. Had it for a week now and I am totally pleased with my decision. It makes using a pressure washer so much easier. I have always washed our vehicles with one and not only this makes it easier, it is saving me a lot of time.

We've used ours for 2 weeks. Large so strong & it's placed on landscape rocks on front of our house. They sent anchors which has worked. Impressed with how great ot works!! I'd struggled with dragging a heavy hose back & forth, as we couldn't leave it across sidewalk. Our old hose would also kink in 1 spot so when watering, it'd stop. I'd try 'swing' it out, but have an injured back, so was nervous I might mess my back up. Plus we had 2 hoses attached together...Now with Giraffe, the house ...

Bought mine about two months ago. A violent storm toppled a large tree and it hit the hose reel breaking the mounting bracket. I reached out to the manufacturer only to buy a new one. They honored my request but sent it at no cost to me! Love the reel and their customer service!

I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about buying the Giraffe Tools Grandfalls Pressure Washer, especially because of the price. Yes, it is pricey!!!!! 😅 But after using it a few times, I completely changed my mind. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and have been using it almost every day. I absolutely LOVE it! It’s so easy and convenient to use—no dragging a pressure washer out, setting everything up, and putting it all away afterward. The convenience alone makes such a difference. I gue...

This pressure washer was the one of the most powerful unit I've owned. The quality of the product is great. I am going to have this for many years, so I opted to pay a bit more for the brushless motor which is really strong. On top of that, I had some questions for customer support, and they were very patient with me, and walked me through everything in details. Great company!

Absolutely refreshing to find a company these days with genuine care for customers and them having a great experience with great products. Giraffe Tools has be a wonderful experience. They really stand behind their products. I had a hose reel retracting issue. Giraffe Customer Service worked through a couple of potential fixes and when the fixes did not work they replaced the reel. I find their materials to be durable and well made. Highly recommend the Giraffe Tool product and Customer Service.

Such a great all in one unit. So easy to pull out and return to the container. Doesn’t leak water all over my garage floor like my old unit did.

I've been wanting one of these for years and finally pulled the trigger and am so happy. I have the 5/8" 115ft model and for where I water I need all of the length. It works great and is so much better than a hose laying on the ground or having to manually roll it back up.

So far so good. Love the retractable hose feature. Finally a hose that makes life easy! Placed it at the base of our foundation so it’s not too noticeable. Beats all previous purchases for sure.

We got so tired of using and hating Suncast storage reels, after watching more water run out of the reel than was coming out of the hose, we decided to go a different direction. I literally Googled "Best Stainless Steel Hose Reels" and the Giraffe Garden Self-Guiding Hose Reel-Stainless Steel-Wall mounted 5/8 in x 130ft (Without Hose) was the first listing that came up. In looking at reviews, everything was 5 stars and glowing. We decided to give it a try knowing it couldn't possibly be any wor...

Recieved the power washer quickly easy to install and used it for a solid 10-12 hours the next day with no issues at all. I love it so far, very easy and takes up little room in the garage!

I installed the pro pressure washer and used it to clean all of my covers and furniture on my front porch and deck. It is handy to use with reasonable noise that shuts on and off. The best part is that it is in place, ready to use for small cleaning or to clean an entire deck.

I bought this hose for my wife and her gardening needs. The 180 degree turning hose is fantastic and it hugs the house when she is d One I also have the Grand wall mounted pressure washer in my garage this also is great to use .I do have one complaint and it happened on both units and on any connector hose s and that they all leak a lot and it bugs the s. Out of me

It came really fast, the problem I had was the inserts that were shipped was for a solid surface not a hollow wall, the inserts fell inside the wall even though I drilled 1/2inch hole. So off to Ace Hardware to get the right parts. The unit works good, but when you near the end length it is difficult to pull. I can only hope the hose doesn’t break, it sure is nice to roll up!

Order placement was very easy, and I received the unit to Central Ohio within 3 days of placing my order. Everything came very nicely packaged, and was easy to install and took less than 1 hour to mount the unit and make the connections. Start up was very simple and we are very happy that we chose the Giraffe tools pressure washer as our purchase for our shop. Use it very easy, and convenient and shuts off automatically when releasing the trigger. Would highly recommend to anyone looking ...

We're grateful that Customer Service was supportive and helped us to solve a delivery problem. Our package was left at the road, which isn't secure and was taken (stolen). We received a replacement shortly after. The Product is quality and we're so happy to have it resolved.

I like but didn't realize I need a bigger post to mount it to my fence. So, the project is on hold until I can get a bigger post. Do you have any recommendations on mounting a post to a fence or if you don't recommend that procedure?

My only observation would be to include at least 2 spare plastic expansions. Other than that, great product. Ordered this for second time to have one on the other side of my house. I hated so much the hassle with the old traditional hose. Highly recommended!

I bought a pressure washer 5 months ago and it already broke down, I don't recommend it! More than 10 attempts trying to get them to refund my money or send me a new one and neither one thing nor the other, I already sent them a thousand emails with videos that prove that the pressure washer no longer works

I waited too long to buy this hose reel. I will not miss the aggravation of coiling up garden hoses on a rack or stepping over them because I was too lazy to do so. The reel works flawlessly.

I love this hose reel. Its great looking and does exactly as described. The spool is super smooth and easy to pull. The only downside is you have to use the hose that is supplied within the casing and you cant change. The hose that is supplied is great quality but be nice to use hose of my choice. Overall i highly recommend.
