Recently assembled now we need to connect to faucet. Beautiful appearance, design and compact compared to our old hose reel.
Really value that this hose reel is stainless steal. What could possibly go wrong?

Great quality hose reel. Will buy another 1 for outfront of my house. Hose could be a little better quality. Other downside was I had to make a swivel mount for mine. Took some thinking and planning. Uses a boat swivel 12 position locking mounting plate.

I’ve been using the Spotless × Grandfalls setup for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly awesome. The deionized water gives a spotless rinse every time, and switching back to normal pressure for foam cannon or general cleaning is super easy. Everything feels solid and quiet — just quality all around. Giraffe Tools really nailed it with this combo.

1ST Time Giraffe tools buyer. I bought the model AW40 garden hose reel for my wife to be able to water her flowers and vegetables more easily. I was excited to receive the hose reel on time as promised. However, the installation was less than straight forward. I followed the instructions to the letter, but the screws and wall anchors did not perform as should. I drilled the hole with a 3/8th cement/concrete bit. The anchors would not fit into the hole. So, I enlarged the hole to be able to inser...

I am writing this review more for the company as a whole than this one of many Giraffe products I own. Hands down and without any equivocation, this company is the very BEST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. The 100% stand behind their products and go way above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They have replaced products even when a negative condition was caused by my own error (I left a pressure washer mounted outside during winter and the pressure tank ruptured - they replaced it ...

I received a duplicate order (may have been my fault), installed the same day. Worked great for maybe 45 minutes of use now nothing. I’ve reached out but not heard back. I’ll upgrade the review and update based on how this goes. It worked awesome for a while and is very handy!
Issue addressed and I am completely satisfied. Updated the stars accordingly.

It is a really great hose. I’ve pulled it all the way out and I love how easily it guides itself back in when compared to standard hose reals. I love this thing!

Are used to have 100 foot on a real. I was really hard to roll back up and drag through the dirt. This thing is so nice. Everybody talks about the half inch not being big enough for volume. I disagree. I’m a plumber. I get plenty of volume and pressureout of the spray nozzle

I have 4 of the rwtractabke hoses now and love how convenient it is to store the hoses. It's so much easier than trying to wrap up a hose. Works well.

While I’ve only used it for a short time, it appears to be well built and works without issue. The hose is much longer than I expected, which is nice, and it retract smoothly.

This pressure wash exceeded my expectations. I had to think about it for a long time and decided I'll just go ahead and buy it. Was definitely worth the money. Before, it took me about 5 to 10 min to put up my gas pressure washer. I even bought a cheap electric pressure washer to try and save time. This pressure washer takes less than a minute with the self retractable hose, and I just have to turn the water off. Would buy it all over again.

I would have been happy with either item in the Mystery Box for the price. I got the charger, which is nice because I have the 4-port charging thing, with 3 USB-C and 1 legacy apple charger. I'll eventually need to replace the Apple charger with this one.

This is a really great shop vac and looks good where I have installed it. I agree with one poster who said the brackets that hold the vac to the wall need to be spaced 16" apart to align with studs in US houses. Also, the screw anchors are totally worthless in drywall so I took 2 pre-treated 1x8's and cut them 24" long, put 1 over the other and screwed them into the studs, to make a very sturdy 'wall mount'. I then put the metal brackets on that, hung the vac on it and it completely covers ...

I have a landscape business and I see lots of bad hose reels but this one is so good I bought it for my house. I love it. I leave it up year round but blow out with compressed air after each use during the Winter months. Buy it!

I actually have not taken it out of the box. Winter is approaching and we won’t be using the hose until next Spring. I’m hopeful that it will be just fine when we go to use it. Thanks.

My experience with his brand new shop vac. It is one of the best ones I have owned that is garage wall-based has a perfect amount of hose length and the perfect suction added along with all the accessories. It is best for home car detailing at small garage projects it is very easily to assemble and easy to use including the Bluetooth on and off switch I got to say best bang for Buck hopefully, this company keeps up with the innovations that they have made

Originally I wrote the review below after the first use and was really aggravated so I need to edit my review. After notifying the company's customer service they walked me through some tips to rectify the issues I was having. The customer service I received was awesome and fixed the issues rendering my first issues null and void. The hose just has to be pulled all the way out and rerolled to avoid the kinking at drum connection. After fixing the problems I had the vacuum works as advertise...

Like another reviewer I'm gigging it a star because the reel mechanism is weak. I have to "help it" back in for the last three or so feet. Just installed on the ceiling today and it'll be ok if the spring doesn't get any weaker.
I don't get the FAQ about this when the company says: The tension of the coil spring can't be loosened because it needs to sustain a 90ft water hose. Water hose? Loosened?, I need it tightened up! Sounds like somebody at Giraffe is just copy-and-pasting answ...

Installation was very easy using the template provided to mark the mounting holes.
The dark gray color housing blends in with the landscaping.
The best part of the reel is the auto retraction.
So simple and easy to use.
No longer have to wind up the garden hose!

So far so good. Installation was very easy. Just turn the orange knob to the "On" position and start intended use. No more messing with gasoline, pull starting or loud engine noises. I was very impressed with the hose assembly and how easy it is to roll out and roll back in.

I love this hose reel. Its great looking and does exactly as described. The spool is super smooth and easy to pull. The only downside is you have to use the hose that is supplied within the casing and you cant change. The hose that is supplied is great quality but be nice to use hose of my choice. Overall i highly recommend.

Great pressure washer and use all the time with being so handy to use. I had to return mine after a year because the hose split and they did replace the whole unit. You can change the 100’ hose if it blows but there is another hose that goes inside the unit that the 100’ hose connects to and it cannot be replaced and why they sent me a new unit. I suggest pulling out the 100’ hose and where the hose connects to that little hose make sure to secure it so that it does not rub when pulling hose in ...

Not too difficult to install as long as you have the right tools. I love that the reel is fully covered and automatic. We got this because our dogs chewed through two hoses we had before that were fully exposed. We didnt want to get a manual hand crank reel so we decided to splurge and im glad we did! I also really like that the reel can turn to either side for easy use. I think a good aspect about it is the fact that you can detatch the hose head, because we attatched on a cheap water pressure ...

After almost 2 awesome years with my favorite pressure washer it started to have some issues. I contacted customer service. Man was my mind blown. They had a new one at my door 4 days later. The customer service was better than anything I have ever seen. I will be a forever customer. I can not say enough great things about them.

I bought two more Giraffe Tools retractable hose reels and now have complete coverage for all my watering needs. I llove how clean they make things look with them mounted to my house.
The only part of the order that i did not like was the inability to get the hose reel cover. I ordered it twice and both times FedEx posted a delivery exception in California so i had to request a refund.
I definitely recommend the retractable hose reels though.

Hose reel works great. Length is perfect for my needs. Retracts easily. My only complaint is that the set screw you have to remove before installing was in so tight it started stripping.
