Ten days ago I went out to my garage with the intentions of cleaning it with my new power washer, When I started the unit, the inter connecting hose from the barrel split. I contacted the support team at Giraffe with pictures and a description of the problem and within ten days they sent me a new unit. Wow, what great service. Finally got a chance to use my new Grandfalls pressure washer yesterday. Was very convenient having everything hooked up and ready to use instead of having to drag out my old pressure washer and hooking everything up. Washer worked great cleaning 3 cars using the high pressure nozzle and foam cannon. Hose reel was especially convenient and hose reeled out to the length I needed without kinking.

This was one of several reels I bought from Giraffe. The reels are well made and hopefully long lived. My compliment is mostly to CUSTOMER SERVICE who responded 100% solid with my problem on this reel. A shipping or manufacture error allowed for an unsolvable leak. Great Customer Service ... I ordered several versions of the hose reels for installation around our property. They work very well. But I did have a problem crop up with retraction. I was late responding with photos but Customer Service responded with 100% support and replaced the errant reel. No fuss. No other option. Just REPLACE no hassle. I enjoy the reels. they take a lot of effort off my yard work that is more recently limited due to medical issues.

The customer service for this company is remarkable! Long story short, a hose reel was gifted to us, and we needed a replacement bracket. Took a few times to get the right bracket sent to us, but the company never neglected prompt service. Then unfortunately, the hose reel snapped in the bracket and they sent us a whole new reel and bracket no questions asked. Highly recommend.

My Giraffe hose broke after one year of using it. I decided to reach directly out to the manufacture since Amazon wasn’t willing to assist. After they reviewed the video of the hose malfunctioning, they sent me a BRAND NEW ONE directly to my house for free! very happy with the customer service. The G20 pressure washer is awesome! It has plenty of power and with the 65’ retractable hose, I’m able to reach the end of my driveway when washing it. It’s also nice that it goes silent when I release the trigger instead of running constantly like my gas powered pressure washer does

Ordered the latest and greatest pressure washer for my home car washing and patio cleaning. Nice compact unit that actually works. The hose reel and ability for it to stop while prepping furniture to wash is perfect to prevent excessive wear and or noise. Easy to change out nozzles from soap to wash. Very Happy with product and it stores inside my garage cabinets completely out of site. Not many pressure Will store like that.

Customer service was excellent! Out of the box, the knob that keeps the hose from retracting inside the case is about 2 feet from the end of the hose. I wanted the knob closer to the end of the hose so I loosened the screws to move it. I accidentally let go of the hose and it retracted inside the case and lost it's tension so it would no longer retract all the way. Needed to install a lighter hose option for my mother-in-law. Easy to install however, I did upgrade my brackets as I didn’t have a stud or post option. Hose is lightweight when full. The retractable reel works without fail and is easy to use. When working I would recommend going to your furthest point and then work your way back retracting along the way. Perfect pressure for watering plants and flowers. Highly recommend this product if you are having to do daily watering.

This product is the real deal. Works as advertised! The spring recoil is strong enough to bring the hose in from down hill. I ordered a second one. The washers are terrible, and I replaced them with better ones to solve the problem. I wish this had a way to attach the other side to the house when not in use. Love the product.

This is a review of the ground-mounted retractable garden hose. The unit works very well. We installed it into pavers and it is very solid. We had a minor problem with a small gear, but customer support was quick to respond and fully replace the device. Everything worked so well that we purchased another one! Highly recommended.

I love my reel! I feel like I'm a strong woman but when it comes to having to drag a hose out to my garden and water and reel it back up, it's so nice to have this! I highly recommend it!! Just be careful when you are pulling it back in because it goes fast and you don't want to break it! I love the guarantee that they have on their products also! They stand by it!
