I love the ground-mounted design because it keeps the hose secure and easy to access without drilling into the wall. The retractable feature works smoothly, and the hose length is perfect for covering my yard. It feels sturdy, saves time, and keeps everything neat and organized. Great upgrade from a regular garden hose!

The retractable design makes watering so much easier and keeps my yard neat without tangled hoses. The 100ft length is perfect for reaching around my yard, and the auto rewind works smoothly. The build quality feels solid, and installation was simple. A very convenient upgrade from a traditional garden hose!

The wall-mounted design saves space, the retractable hose works great, and it has plenty of power for everyday car and outdoor cleaning. A great upgrade from a traditional pressure washer.

I had an excellent experience with Giraffe Tools. I needed a replacement for my retractable hose, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They responded promptly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made the replacement easy and hassle-free. It is refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and truly values its customers. I really appreciate the professional and courteous service I received. I highly recommend!

I purchased a Retractable Vacuum Cleaner. It was awesome and worked perfectly - better than my high expectations - but would not lock into place - would always retract. I contacted support, and after trying a few things and sending them some pictures, they sent me a replacement unit. It arrived FAST - and works GREAT. I could not be happier!

I purchased the 155ft retractable hose reel and (?) it would not rewind. The directions said to pull just a little further out however I was already past the yellow stop point. I emailed my concerns about this and had the honor to speak to a Ms. Grace. She was knowledgeable, kind and very willing to assist me. I can't say anything bad about my experience with this company customer support team. She replied very quickly Kudo's to her and her team. THANK YOU Pamela H

I have purchased four of these reels. Two I used right away and I love them. I stored two of the reels until I needed to replace some of my other reels. Recently, I opened the box to use another reel and discovered a screw was missing. I have called customer service three times and no one called me back. I went online and gave them my order number, Model # and the number for the screw that I obtained from the manual. You would not believe all they want me to do. They want a serial # and ...

We had a Grandfalls Pressure Washer PRO that ruptured/split the hose at the base. We uploaded pictures and the serial number to customer service. We were contacted and asked to confirm the issue. We agreed that it should be simple for us to make the fix. Instead, the support contact Elvira made sure we received a replacement unit (there is no way we could have fixed it easily on our own). It arrived 4 days after we were emailed by support that they were fixing this issue. That was fast, professi...

Tools work as intended and well. But what really impresses me about this company is their customer service. If an issue does come up they solve it the way it should be solved. No questions asked and with quick responses.

I had these awhile before hanging them up . Only problem I experienced with this Reel is the Wall anchors. 1st I had to purchase a 9/16 Masonry Drill bit which is almost impossible to locate. Drilled my 1st hole according to instructions and the anchor fit loose. Took a match stick to wedge the anchors tight. Never hammer the anchors directly with a hammer, it messes up the threads. Finally got all 4 anchors in the brick wall but unable to get the 4th anchors to tighten. They should include a c...

I was skeptical as I was buying the unit that is anchored in the ground. I was pleasantly surprised- the anchors hold it secure and I am able to finally water across the yard and put the hose away!

Dude! This vacuum ROCKS. I was not expecting it to be this light. Love the features it has and man it totally SUCKS in the best way possible. Highly recommend you quit researching other vacuums and just do yourself a favor. But this right now. Don’t even read the rest of this review. Buy this! Why are you still reading? Go!!!

I had purchased this hose reel last year and recently had a problem with the hose. I contacted customer service and Grace helped me and I received a brand new one in 3 days. I appreciate all the help and quick response, never expected for them to replace this unit, but they did. My wife has one in front and back of house, now my wife wants another on the side of the house. I will make sure I buy another one of these great products.

This is the perfect answer to my bird bath watering needs in my backyard! No more dreading daily cleaning of the baths and recoiling the long hose. I am thrilled with everything about this hose!

Love how flexible this hose is. Most extension hoses are very rigid and hard to maneuver around the job site, but this one is way better. I put quick-disconnects on it so that it is easier to store when I don't need the extra length. Would definitely recommend! THANKS DAVE

Just what I was looking for, a light, versatile hose for my patio. There is a leak between the hose and the nozzle, however, and I can't figure out if it is because the end of the hose swivels. Overall, I would recommend this hose.

I’ve had the retractable hose real for almost a year and I use it all the time and love it. I recently had an issue with it failing to retract. I contacted customer support and they were responsive and ended up sending me a replacement. Every hose reel I buy in the future will be with them. Good customer service goes a long ways!

Aging and tired of a reel with manual use handle. Tired of extra long hose left on the ground. This one stood put because of its hose diameter and length. I had help setting the mounting post to ensure strength and endurance. I plan to use this for years to come. So far so good!

Great vacuum. When I first seen this vac on line I thought this would be a great addition to my large garage. One of the hardest things to do with this vac is to install it in a good location where it would get the most uses. After that was accomplished installing it was pretty simple. I couldn’t use the lag bolts and anchors they supplied you with because my garage walls are hollow because it’s a steel building I had to purchase heavy duty toggle bolts which did the job. The only problem I ha...

I recently purchased the 5/8 x 90’ retractable hose reel. The process from start (purchasing online) to finish the installation, was a breeze. The reel appears to be well built and should last for years. Unfortunately, after one month I did run into a problem with the recoil guide it stopped moving from side to side. A short email to customer service and the reel was replaced and at my doorstep three days later. Now how often does that happen! Thanks for everything! Jeff S

Super slick wish I ordered this sooner. We live in a tiny home and have a small 2 person dining table where all the phones, tablets, etc get charged. This lets us keep the functionality without the mess of a bunch of cables. The rear plugs are perfect for our ember mug charger. Awesome.

I love the ground mount feature, keeps the hose neatly out of the way and ready for use when needed, the setup I previously had was always tangled up and a tripping hazard.

Washer worked great when washing vehicles. The whole unit seems to be great quality apart from the gun itself. It feels like cheap plastic prone to breaking. Very powerful and rarely had to wait for the unit to build up pressure. Based on 1st use I’d say it’s a great buy.

The G20 has been the best investment in my shop by far. The ease and convenience of just being able to grab and start is incredible. The power is great and does everything I need it to do for my cars and vans. I highly recommend anyone that washes cars to buy the G20.

this is the second unit I purchased. It is a smaller version of the other one, therefore a shorter hose and smaller housing. Since it does not get as much use as the larger unit, it works just fine. Only had it for 30 days but so far it is working well. The tension spring for rewind is just as strong as the larger unit.

Great product! Suction is great and did a really good job of cleaning up the sawdust from cutting a two by four to mount the vacuum. The retractable hose is really nice. Works very well and as advertised. Total setup time was about 2.5 hours. This is not a shop vac, you will not pick up heavy metal pieces but it will clean your car and garage floor of dirt and small crud.

I like my reel. It's pretty easy to pull out, even for my wife. The recoil is pretty strong so don't let it get away from you. But, that's a good thing.
