If I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly haven’t even opened the box yet so I can’t really give an honest review of the product… but the customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. The products themselves seem neat but I can’t say I’d ever buy anything else from this company because of how incredibly poor the customer service experience has been.

This retractable hose reel is nice but there are only 4 complaints about it. 1 being when you hook the leader hose up you are forced to use teflon tape or it leaks really bad which isn’t the end of the world but if you don’t have any teflon tape you better get some. Next on the list is the spray nozzle you get that is super light and all plastic. Yes it has multiple spray patterns but if you drop on concrete a few times i believe it will break. The product itself seems great. The company continuously made mistakes during the ordering and shipping process. I quickly received the wrong items one at a time about 2 days apart. Took about 4 weeks of emailing back and forth before I finally received the right size of hose reeks but still had plastic brackets not metal.
