Easy to install in the ground. Winds and unwinds with ease. I love that it swivels. The hose is a bit thinner in diameter than a traditional hose but find no issues with water pressure. The sprayer is easy to use, as there is no trigger just a push of the bar with your thumb. The gray color is appreciated as it doesn’t call attention to itself. I had to add bricks under it to bring it to a good hight for where I needed to “mount” it. I like that it has a highish profile which makes it less wide....

The hose reel is nicely made and seems to be a quality product. But when you drill the hole in the wall and insert the plastic anchor to hold the bolt, it spins in the wall instead of compressing. There is virtually nothing to stop it from spinning. It is hard for me to believe a company would ship that junk hardware with this otherwise quality product.Plan on a trip to the hardware store for a good anchor, and don’t even try to use the one they include. Great retractable hose rig. It takes up next to no space at all and has great action to it. One pull will hold it out and another firm yank has it rushing back in. It takes up so much less space than my other hose vessel and the winding works so much better. The other one is a crank and it gets stuck all of the time. The fact that it is small and light is great, but also means it'll move around on you when you're trying to use it, so it is a good idea to use the included hardware to secure it in...

Didn't know how much I needed this. Definitely a quality of life improvement. Rubber mallet a couple of stakes in the ground and your good to go. It swivels a complete 360 degrees, leave clearance for movement. Much better than the stationary roll and pull hoses that stay in one direction. Love the snap back and auto roll up feature.
