Bought one of these about a year ago and it has worked great! Just bought another one so I can have 2 in the yard. It stopped moving the hose back and forth due to a broke drive belt. I emailed customer service and they sent me a new one with no hassle. Great product and excellent customer service.

I have one of these with 1/2" hose and it is a bit cumbersome when trying to fill tires. The 3/8š hose is a lot easier to handle.

I love how easy they are to use and retract. However make sure they are in a stud! Very, very heavy. Empty water out of hose and leave nozzle open. Weight from water left in hose puts strain on bolts holding it. Love this hose.

This item totally solved our problem for charging devices in our kitchen. We previously had cables everywhere and coiling them never worked. This made it easy and clean and is super-fast.

I had an issue with my product, and the company went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Their customer service team was very understanding and quick to respond, and they even arranged a replacement for me. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products, and I really appreciate the excellent service and support. Highly recommend!

It took a while to get here but when it did, it works just as advertised. Now I can relax on the couch and not have to look at a mess of cables that are charging several phones. Everything is kept neat and tidy but still have a cable when I want it. It is capable of superfast charging and I can swap out the cables as I want for different guests. Glad I purchased this.

A bit disappointed with the wall anchors. Followed Instructions. Pre drilled 3/8” hammered anchors in. Installed bracket and screws. Placed unit on bracket and the screws came right out of the anchors. So..installed a 2x8 across studs and lagged the screws into the 2x8 - feel much better about the security of the unit. Other than that - love the clean look!! Unit is good after a couple uses 😁. Would recommend!!

This charging combo has completely sorted out all my charging needs. It’s made my desk and travel experience so much better. No more dealing with tangled wires. If you're tired of the same issue, this is definitely the way to go.

I've been using this pressure washer for about a year now, and I've never had a problem with it until it started leaking water. I immediately contacted customer service, sent videos and photos, and sent my receipt. They validated my warranty and sent me a new pressure washer at no cost! I was truly amazed by their customer service; they were fast, efficient, and professional. If you're thinking about including it in your business or for personal use, do it—it's a good investment.

I bought it to use with a hose I already had, and the size fits perfectly. Installation was simple, the crank winds the hose smoothly, and the swivel range is wide enough for daily yard watering. Overall, it feels pretty sturdy.

As an avid off road bike rider and automobile enthusiast, the convenience of having a wall mounted pressure washer that I can just unreel and use is super easy and is such a time saver! I love the fact that I no longer have to fumble with cords and hoses each time I want to wash my machines. Having a 100' hose is helpful as well!

Wish I would have had this years ago. It makes car, boat, trailer, UTV detailing so much easier. Mounted in my garage next to faucet with 100 ft of hose makes washing fun.

I read the reviews of so many of these retractable hoses and felt the price point was something I could try. My install is in a garage, on the finished drywall. I had a piece of wood that was wide enough to hold the bracket and found some good threaded, short bolts that would hold it onto the board. Pre drilled three holes and mounted the board to a stud, then the bracket to the board. Now I have a nice clean install inside my garage. The hose comes out very nicely and no leaks anywhere. Retract...

We own a dog boarding facility. Prior to our Grandfalls pressure washer we would use an old school style pressure washer. The ease of this unit makes cleaning an enjoyment instead of a chore. I also cannot say enough good things about this company's customer service, they are truly top notch!!

I ordered this for one of our departments at work and we received it about a year ago. They use it hard in an industrial setting which I know it wasn’t exactly designed for, but they have no complaints. It’s easy and simple to maintain and install. They like it so much that other departments have started asking for them too! Do I still need to say something more

Well we purchased this 50' in 2023. Today it is as Flexible as it was the day we used it for the first time. Recently I suggested to my daughter that she replace her older "hardware store hose" with the one we have. She's happy too. Great product!

Love the product... Hate that the small screw that holds the mounting bracket to the reel was installed so tightly (on both units I purchased) that I needed to either drill out the screw OR, what I did, was install with the hose reel attached to the mount. HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS.

I purchased the Pro and DIW set, and the installation was very easy, just as described. It works great for cleaning my car and bicycle, and I no longer have to worry about water spots causing rust on the small components. This combination has saved me a lot of time, and I'm very satisfied!

Love this product, having it mounted on my wall no more pulling a hose and extension cord around. 65’ of hose is plenty to move around and it’s self winding when your done.
