Awful customer service. Order was supposed to be canceled and was told that it was. Received the product and I can’t seem to get a hold a rep on their 1800 number or via email. Anyways, opened up the product and it’s very cheaply made. Had a nice sticker saying it’s made in china. Nozzle is cheap and made out of plastic. Haven’t installed it in hopes they will respond to emails.

Worked great 3x and then the unit will stop working until I either turn off the unit and wait for who knows what, take the fuse out and rescrew back in or turn off the car and plug the unit back in and turn on accessory again. Weird thing is that the light portion will still work while the pressure display is blank. Odd and frustrating!!! Otherwise a great design.

The plastic piece inside that is suppose to level the hose as it spools in and out broke inside the case. Now i struggle to pull the hose out and to reel it back in. Giraffe tools has not responded to my request for support. If you want to purchase a product with no support then don't buy.
