I wanted to replace my old hose setup with something with a retractable hose. I ordered through Home Depot. I bought this one because it has a metal mounting bracket. If I can make one suggestion to R&D. Please make the mounting bracket so it can be screwed into a single 4x4. I thought It would but I had to sandwich 2 of them to make sure it work in my setup.

We love our G20 Power Washers. We purchased two of them online. They arrived exactly on the day they were promised. They installed easily. Simple and effective. Had an issue with one of the sprayers. The threads where the nozzle attaches to the extension popped off. I reported it to Giraffe. All-in-all we love the product.

Setting up this hose reel on the wall has made vacuuming in my workshop much simpler. Instead of dragging the whole vacuum unit from project to project, I just extend the desired length of hose. It extends smoothly and you can lock the hose at that point you want, which is useful for cleaning spills like sawdust or dropped fasteners across work surfaces or the floor.

This is a really handy addition to my shop that makes cleanup a whole lot easier. Instead of having to drag around the shopvac I just connect it to this reel and pull out as much hose as I need to reach everywhere there is a mess. Installation was very easy with the included template. While there are substantial bolts with sheetrock adapters included, I would be very leery of mounting this using only those. Finally got a chance to use my new Grandfalls pressure washer yesterday. Was very convenient having everything hooked up and ready to use instead of having to drag out my old pressure washer and hooking everything up. Washer worked great cleaning 3 cars using the high pressure nozzle and foam cannon. Hose reel was especially convenient and hose reeled out to the length I needed without kinking.

Great Customer Service ... I ordered several versions of the hose reels for installation around our property. They work very well. But I did have a problem crop up with retraction. I was late responding with photos but Customer Service responded with 100% support and replaced the errant reel. No fuss. No other option. Just REPLACE no hassle. I enjoy the reels. they take a lot of effort off my yard work that is more recently limited due to medical issues.

The customer service for this company is remarkable! Long story short, a hose reel was gifted to us, and we needed a replacement bracket. Took a few times to get the right bracket sent to us, but the company never neglected prompt service. Then unfortunately, the hose reel snapped in the bracket and they sent us a whole new reel and bracket no questions asked. Highly recommend.
