Never again. The hardware for hanging was substandard. I ended up using some I had. Flimsy anchors. The bracket was somewhat loose after installing. They tried to fix that by including a small thumb screw but it was still wobbly. The retraction is not great having to try several times to get it to retract fully but the final thing was the tag attached to the end of the cord mentioned “hose” and “water”. It was the wrong tag! Won’t recommend.

Horrible customer service. They sent me wrong model. I ordered 2 metal bracket 100ft hoses and received 2 with 75 ft hose and plastic bracket. It legitimately took 27 emails to coordinate exchange and ultimately requested a refund which they said would take almost 2 weeks. It’s clear this company is completely overseas and have zero customer service. Horrible experience

I was expecting durable plastic protection and received a thin nylon cover with Velcro points at the corners. The fit was correct but when I attempted to Velcro the first top let corner the stitching popped and tore from the cover. Very cheap china made product to say the least. I will have to get a custom made heavy duty cover to replace this product

Don’t waste your money. I waited 6 weeks for it to be delivered. After I assembled it and mounted it to the wall I turned it on, only to have water gushing everywhere. Leaks in two spots. I called and emailed customer service, with no response. Still waiting.

Take this serious when I say this is the worst customer service in the entire world I read the reviews and thought it was just a fluke but they do not answer there phones and they do not answer there emails in a timely manner and there manual says do not vaccum fine particles and dust or concrete which most shops have a concrete floor
