I have yet to receive my retractable hose!!! I am unable to comment on the product itself in this review, as I have not received it. However, I can attest to the inadequacy of the customer service. A company's failure to support its products with quality customer service renders it unworthy of recommendation or repeat business. My order was mistakenly delivered to an incorrect address (to a different city and zip code), despite two phone calls and an email; the issue remains unresolved.

I have purchased several items from Giraffe tools, 3 stainless steel hand retractable ones, two self retractable one ground mount retractable . I also purchased three power washers. Had issues with the power washers and have not replaced them. Only slight issue with a wall mounted self retract hose unit.
