I was shorted 10 screws for my framing kit from Pease. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had already removed my older framing kit. Which now can't be reinstalled. When I called to try to get the additional screws, the customer service team was nice, but apparently they don't have a way to expedite shipping on a small product like a few screws. Now I have a door that is compromised that I have to hang. Mistakes happen, it is how you react that speaks a lot about a company.
