They ask all these questions to make sure you get the right measurement you need, but then sent the wrong window frame. I assumed it was what I ordered. It looks like it was what I ordered. I wasn’t able to install it right away, so the time had already lapsed to be able to return it. It was very upsetting to go through and make sure you accurately measured all these things to get the right one take your window out and it be the wrong sizeleft at least a eighth of an inch gap all the way around
