I liked the communication with our first order, however, the arrival of the damaged items due to poor packing completely took away our trust unfortunately. If shipping something so small like we started with ended up this way, makes us way too nervous to trust in large items being packed/shipped.

Please read my product review. I ordered what appeared to be a white vinyl framed frosted half lite. The invoice showed a white frame - could not find any color selection in order kiosk. What arrived was a bare wood frame. I primed and painted frame and installed for client in lieu of waiting until Monday to call and inquire and wait for return, reimbursements for cheaper vinyl, etc. If possible, could you show me where to order just white in the future?
