There are a lot of businesses out there that could take a tip from Coolina's customer service. I placed two different orders months apart that included mystery knives. I was quite pleased when each of them delivered, but the free knives on both orders were the same knife. I mentioned that in a review, and they contacted me to say they would replace one of them, because they wanted me to be "100% satisfied". It was no hassle, and they sent a replacement the day after they received it.
