Love my Coolina knives and now able to display at my prep area. Knives are used to prepare food for storage as well, so have to keep the vacuum sealer close by. Love how easy it is to work with these knives and get the correct cuts.

Let me tell you about this all around tough knife, I use this to cut everything and it comes through every time over and over nice perfectly cuts, just can’t beat these knives, like I said before was skeptical at first but now a Believer and will be adding more in the very near future!! Excellent knives, I now have 8 of them. Each one unique in looks and purpose. I do a lot of grilling and smoking and these knives do everything from chopping through bones to thin slicing ribeye. These are the talk of the BBQ. Make sure to clean and thoroughly dry your knives. Having a bottle of mineral oil is a must and I highly recommend a magnet board for storage.

The Promaja was my mystery knife I bought and it has proven to be my favorite! I originally bought the chef’s knife and bit on the mystery knife offer and am sure glad I did. I like the chef’s knife but the Promaja is what I grab most of the time. Sharp, holds an edge and is fun to use. Intimidating at first but now that I’m use to it I’ll never use a traditional knife again. These knives will last a lifetime!!

First, I was shocked and dismayed when it arrived, in fabulous, I mean premium, packaging. The dismay came when I opened it. I have ordered 5 knives in total. 4 of them came wrapped in cellphone wrap to protect the blade. There was no cellophane wrap on the Gator. Only a slip on piece for the handle and another for the blade. It wasn’t advertised as used. I thought I was purchasing new knives. I gave this knife 5 stars because compared to other knives I've seen for twice the price, the others seem to be more about the look or brand name. This is a really good knife that seems to cut "no pun intended " the prep time in half. Or maybe I'm having more fun cooking with it so the time flies by. Oh and it also looks cool.
