Love this awesome set of knives! Really needed knives that properly work and man these things truly cut and are excellent workhorses for any kitchen task. A bit pricier than I would ask for, but how can you argue with this quality that will last multiple years if not decades. It's like a pair of glasses, cost a bit to get real good ones, but they will definitely be worth it and last you a long while!

Love my Coolina knives and now able to display at my prep area. Knives are used to prepare food for storage as well, so have to keep the vacuum sealer close by. Love how easy it is to work with these knives and get the correct cuts.

The Promaja was my mystery knife I bought and it has proven to be my favorite! I originally bought the chef’s knife and bit on the mystery knife offer and am sure glad I did. I like the chef’s knife but the Promaja is what I grab most of the time. Sharp, holds an edge and is fun to use. Intimidating at first but now that I’m use to it I’ll never use a traditional knife again. These knives will last a lifetime!!

This is a great set of knives that are near as sharp as one can get them and ready for kitchen use and dare I say I could see at least a couple models even seeing field or camping duty. Then smallest knife I have, the Shark, weighs more than the kitchen knife it replaced. The biggest weighs in at 2lbs 8oz. That’s a sturdy knife. It’s more of a hatchet weight than a butcher knife. I love them.

Excellent knives, I now have 8 of them. Each one unique in looks and purpose. I do a lot of grilling and smoking and these knives do everything from chopping through bones to thin slicing ribeye. These are the talk of the BBQ. Make sure to clean and thoroughly dry your knives. Having a bottle of mineral oil is a must and I highly recommend a magnet board for storage.

I've lost count of how many knives I've ordered from Coolina. First, I was shocked and dismayed when it arrived, in fabulous, I mean premium, packaging. The dismay came when I opened it. I have ordered 5 knives in total. 4 of them came wrapped in cellphone wrap to protect the blade. There was no cellophane wrap on the Gator. The block is well made and an excellent piece of kitchen decor. Holds knifes well in place. I do feel I need to put the knives at an angle so the blade doesn’t stick above the wood and accidentally cut somebody if they run their hand up there.
