NOT worth the over $200 I spent. It was a gift and I was so excited to give it to my husband who buys parts of cows semi annually with this friends and I thought this would be a game changer, it was SO disappointing. Nothing special and not even a crisp smooth cut into anything. Our 13 year old Wusthof knives are 100% better. I can't return because I was so confident in the product that I had my husband's initials engraved.

The only thing that I would add is that I did pay a lot for shipping and it was supposed to be one day shipping. I live in Hawaii - so I understand that one day shipping is not always going to be a thing. However, I wish they provided other shipping options.. to me paying around $40 for one day shipping and receiving the knife over a week later was kind of crazy. That part was just a little difficult to justify.
