I thought I was deceived at first but these are the real deal. I thought these knives were great on camera only after I saw some changes in the metal. They are sharp but, I thought it was immediately rusting. I want to clarify that the discoloration I saw is in fact a natural occurrence in the steel and not a defect.

You should stand by your knives and replace them if they get what appears to be stains, that won't come out with soap and water and a soft abbrasive pads.

The return experience is the craziest process. Having to take everything out of its box to take a picture, the order number has all the info that was ordered. So I reopened the box, took every knife out and presented it in a picture, along with the cookbook and the walnut knife board holder, then put everything back in its own box, back in the main box, emailed the picture, put the copy in the box, and returned it fed ex like I was told. I havenât heard of any updates yet.
