They arrived very dull. Struggled to cut a potato. It was sad for the amount paid. I grabbed my normal 8" Wusthof chef knife to make sure sure I wasn't crazy. And after 10 years it cut the same potatos like butter. These knives are nothing more than an overpriced display piece.
