It was pretty simple to a point.:) I lived the explanation on how to use each knife so that I knew I was purchasing the correct product. I had to be careful because when I selected 1 knife it added a second at times and that is not what I wanted. I did make a second purchase just off the sight of the first order, and one of the knives in the second order was missing. How this hiccup is handled will determine if my stars would go up or down. I have faith they will go up. :)
