Took longer to get everything than the lead time listed. Team lied multiple times in regards to status updates. Not sure how all these positive reviews got here as every part of this experience has been frustrating and subpar. Parts of PVC Dented and scratched upon arrival, both RHPs had a dented corner when they arrived. For the cost go somewhere else. Multiple customers complain about the lack of assembly instructions, putting the enclosure together took way too long due to only one vague resource and the lighting and heating good luck as you get a wordless 8 minute video and if youre lucky your equipment will be pictured. Also had to have screws resent as they sent too short of screws for one of the rhps and customer service wanted me to force it with the short screws. Overall the customer service leaves much to be desired.
