You need to make customers in the USA more aware of the tariffs they're going to have to pay on top of the already overpriced clothing and then if they want to return your return returning back to Europe

I find many of the designs and fabrics beautiful, but the fit is often completely different than in the shoppictures. Stores with body diversity models show much better than the product images in the Studio Tia shop how the garments will look on different bodytypes. Returns are complicated. I'll think twice before ordering again...

I haven’t received any information regarding the return, which given the price of the pieces is unacceptable. An email I sent was also ignored.

VEDA CROP TOP GOLDEN APRICOT cute color and nice fabric - but very very cropped, barely stays a few CM below my nipples and I have an A cup. Was hoping it would be sheer-ish aka slightly nipple outline showing, but this is completely sheer and I haven't found a good way to wear it (all strapless crop tops etc are longer). would work with a bathing suit or a pretty bra you want everyone to see underneath. doesn't have a wide range of uses for my wardrobe unfortunately. was hoping for a more versatile crop to wear regularly - around town, in nature etc.not just at the beach.

Everything was fine except additional duties & fees. I have never had to pay that since I was born and I order regularly from all over the world, haha but thats on me and I should’ve scroll down to the duties section. No a huge issue because the amount was only $15

Good costumer service and fast shipping. In particular I love the quality of the fabrics and the philosophy behind the brand. The designs of all collections just fit perfectly my style.

Studio Tia is very quick to respond to emails, the packages arrive so fast too. Fantastic customer service.

Slow to no communication. No resolution to the issue that the item I ordered at the end of September still hasn’t arrived by October 17th and no date of when I can expect it.

Fit not at all similar to what’s advertised, a very expensive piece of cloth and an impossible return process.

Studio Tia sent me a kaftan instead of a jumpsuit that I’ve ordered, without any confirmation from my side. Just because the jumpsuits were sold out. And then they say that won’t cover return delivery expenses. I’m shocked. Terrible experience, never will get back

The fact that the returns are being processed ver slowly and that you have to pay for the return is not what a good customer service is like.
