I was really disappointed in Studio Tia's policy of not price matching. I purchased over $500 of dresses and a week later they went on sale. I asked CS to extend the credit instead of me shipping it back, they would not honor it. So I paid to have it RETURNED (since the credit would be more than the cost of shipping). Unfortunately a shipping nightmare. They never received it or took the time to respond to my follow-up. What was even more upsetting was I place an order for over $1000 on the Black Friday sale and they still didn't take the time to provide a response to my return inquiry. What I would love is better CS.
