I wasn't careful and missed that part of the description, but decided not to return because I think I can make do by wearing super thin, skin-soloured shorts underneath. Pants are very long; I'm 5"5 and definitely need to get the bottom hemmed. The waist opens to be very big, but has an adjustable tie-string, therefore, can fit many bodies! : )
