It was frustrating that the pan was first considered "undeliverable as addressed," and returned to you. John at customer service was responsive and I agreed to try to have it delivered again, versus the refund he offered. We live in a residential neighborhood with the address clearly marked. I received the replacement pan, sent through a different shipper.

Not really impressed at all. Of the four I purchased (different sizes, of course) I used the large skillet. After the first use, it was permanently stained and I can't scrub it off! It left a white "stain" that won't come out. And the food I was cooking sticks. Everything sticks to it. The cookware I replaced worked better in that respect.
