I’ve been shopping for quality cookware for some time and was initially very attracted to your Okura products. The marketing photos looked excellent, and the pricing with the discount appeared to offer great value. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading existing reviews beforehand. Customer service is courteous and trying to help to be helpful. Unfortunately the product just isn’t any good.

Heats evenly no coating to worry about scratching in your food.

Your return policy sucks. I’ve got to spend $110 to get a frying pan from me that works and I’m not real sure you’ll send me a frying pan cause I ordered a frying pan the first time and you sent AWAK. Sorry I just don’t trust you guys anymore.

The OKURA pan is everything you say it is! Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to using it each day!

Delays in receipt. Zero return policy and no reimbursement. I also ordered the set of cooking pans from “Okura” (which are also a Chinese product) and the medium pan did not perform well: the omelette was stuck to the pan. I sent a picture with a previous review. Very disappointed, but also tired of more claims and attempts to return or receive my money back. I spent $500 for mediocre cookware to say the least. Never again, nor anyone I know.

Everything I have cooked in these pans stick. They are definitely NOT non stick as they advertise. It has been the biggest waste of money buying these not happy at all

They had a special sale going on when I purchased the 8" pan with lid. I was tempted to buy a larger pan as well but I have had bad experiences with two other companies and wanted to be sure that Okura was the brand that I wanted. Thank You!

Shopping experience was nothing special.

Non stick capabilities has still not shown, even after seasoning pan. Also leaves stains to be scrubbed out with stainless steel pads

It took a long time to arrive, eggs stick to the pans even with oil, all 3 pans have discolored after a short time while never cooking above 4 of 10 on induction cooktop, and my wife is very unhappy about all of the above. We were considering getting the pots but won’t due to our experience so far.

I thought I was getting 3 different sizes and instead I got 3 of the same small size. Plus everything sticks

It was frustrating that the pan was first considered "undeliverable as addressed," and returned to you. John at customer service was responsive and I agreed to try to have it delivered again, versus the refund he offered. We live in a residential neighborhood with the address clearly marked. I received the replacement pan, sent through a different shipper.
