The pounds took a very long time to get here when I got them. I opened up the package to a very poor cardboard box that fell apart in my hands didn’t even say Okura on it and then had to put the handles on, didn’t get my knife for a couple weeks later. And just trying to figure out how not to burn things with the temperature quite low I made quesadillas the other day and the cheese spilled out of it and stuck to the pan and I could not get the shell of the quesadilla off the pan,

No instructions - did not know I had to assemble it

It was purchased by me thinking it was a regular size frypan and disappointed it was so small then using it was not a good experience as it would flame up and give off toxic fumes

When I said I wanted to return it the support person said that it would be too expensive and to keep it complimentary

Pan appears to work as expected. Your advertising is deceiving as to the product is made in CHINA….. had I known that I wouldn’t have bought it. Your return process is so cumbersome that it keeps people from returning it.
