It is very easy to clean. It heats up rapidly on a low burner setting. I use an electric stove. My only disappointment, if you can call it that, is it is heavier than I would have liked, making it somewhat clumsy carrying around.

Shipping took over a month, product came scratched due to poor packaging, product is not what they are advertised as. Pans are not 100% titanium, it's made of a magnetic metal layers. Customer service is non existent, literally they do not exist, no phone# and no replies from emails.

I did not get an answer until 2 business days later—of course after it had been shipped. Doesn’t seem like a coincidence. Very frustrating. And the product didn’t live up as advertised.
