I was nervous to read many negative reviews but we are loving our cookware and definitely see it as an investment for our family, and also not having to worry about chemicals in our food is a massive benefit for us. The pans took forever to arrive and arrived in a "need assembly" state. The handles are attached with studs and nuts, not rivets like quality cookware. The lids are terrible. The rim is very thin and holds water and condensation that is impossible to remove. The top handle on the lid that you have to install is very thin and cheap. Water gets under the handle and connot dry w/o removal. When sending to customer service, they just keep asking what is wrong!!!!!
